For my daughter's birthday, I purchased two 100g tins of caviar. Sadly, they didn't arrive on time, even though Royal Mail claimed delivery, prompting me to order from another source. Later that evening, at 8pm, a neighbor came by with the package the postman had left with them. I contacted the Caviar Company to ask for guidance on the situation. They graciously advised me to keep the caviar. Personally, I would have chosen a different courier service. Three days after the incident, Royal Mail finally informed me about the neighbor holding the package. Their service was disappointing, but thankfully, the Caviar Company handled the issue with utmost professionalism and respect.

The quality is excellent! I purchased two items, and they arrived today in Ireland!😍

Was sceptical about trying somewhere online to order caviar, but very pleased I did. The quantity was spot on, let alone the quality. Happy to recommend the caviar company to friends and family.

Amazing Caviar! Luxurious and indulgent and really elevated our dining experience. I cannot get that rich buttery taste off my mind with that slight taste of the sea. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life!

Be aware that this company is taking orders but not fulfilling them. Companies House register would indicate that directorship / ownership has recently changed and that the new director 'James Harvey Gilmore' is happily taking customers money but not actually delivering orders. The telephone number on the website is dead and actually listed to a building company and the email address is not recognised. Seriously dodgy.

Purchased some caviar which when delivered was not sealed properly. The lid had evidence that it had been opened or not been sealed properly. Being concerned with regards to the safety of the caviar. I emailed the company to ask how they would like to proceed. One week and three emails later no reply. Disappointing and concerning especially if they have a batch that could potentially be a health risk. Certainly not a great customer experience.

Bought some caviar in July 2021. It was very quickly delivered, well packaged and tasted great! I was kept updated at every step (when the order was accepted, when it was posted, etc).

I ordered 2 x 100g tins of caviar for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately as it hadn't arrived, despite the Royal Mail saying it had, I had to order it elsewhere. Then a neighbour turned up at 8pm to say the postman had left it with them. I advised the Caviar Company, asking them what I should do. They told me to keep it on this occasion, which was very noble of them. Personally, I would not have used the Royal Mail. Three days later the latter sent a note to say the package had been left with the neighbour. Appalling service. Luckily the CC dealt with it in a professional and proper manner.

Ordered the kaluga amur and oscietra for Valentine’s Day - my preference is always the oscietra but both delicious.
I had previously bought 50g oscietra from Fortnum and Mason @130 and I can say that this version is on power but with a £10 reduction and 10g extra!
Will buy again

I got some for my mum for Christmas and then reordered for valentines day. Really prompt delivery and great quality

Isn’t it a coincidence that, after my negative review, the first on Trustpilot for The Caviar Company, a number of 5 star reviews are all posted on the same date? What’s laughable is that there is even one from Peter Gallagher, of Ellis and Gallagher, which owns The Caviar Company, who posts ‘Truly delicious caviar, arrived promptly and properly packaged’.

It’s not really surprising that he received his caviar promptly, and properly packaged as it is his company - look it up at Companies House. And what a coincidence that most of the reviewers are all his friends on Facebook?

This makes a mockery of Trustpilot, and shows a lack of integrity - Do they really think consumers are taken in by such a ham-fisted attempt to make up for a poor review?
