I received my order the next day
I received my order the next day. I also got a free brownie which was nice. I bought the cbd capsules. I can't say if they are working or not as I just recently started them but besides that everything was fine. The prices are relatively cheap too!

Im giving 4 rather than 5 stars as I recently had one issue where I ordered before the cut off time for next day delivery and it didn't come til the day after, which was frustrating as I was relying on it for my autistic son - but having said that, they responded promptly and courteously to me and were helpful. Other than that I find them good and would recommend.

I have checked our emails and our team had emailed you 8 days ago to request that you return the vape to our store and that we would be happy to replace it once we can confirm a fault with the device.
This is standard procedure for any technological product if the fault with the device is not one we can clearly see in a photograph for example. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you regarding this.

Item never arrived!
My package never arrived to my work address in Galway. I contacted the CBD store who informed they couldn't do anything as it was with the courier, GLS. Contacted the courier and got hold of the drivers number. They are claiming the package was delivered to the correct address in Galway yet they cannot/will not provide a signature for the signee. I'm getting packages delivered to work from DHL/UPS for years without issue. Disaster
