I throughly enjoy looking through all of the bespoke charms on this website, and am constantly looking for new charms to add to my collection. The postage is always quick and the payment is easy. The charmworks in my opinion is a great place for good quality charms and easy to use site.

High end good quality silver charms, I have brought lots of charms from The Charm Works and have never been disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, if you have any kind of issue they will fix it with no quibble and they are always happy to answer any questions you might have.

Fantastic company, I am a regular customer and buy all of my bracelet charms from the Charmworks. The procucts are excellent quality, reasonably priced and the service has always been first class. Highly recommended.

Customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. I had called asking if they could attach a charm to a bracelet I was buying and they were happy to hold the order until I'd sent them the charm. Once received, they attached it and sent it out straight away and it's perfect. I really couldn't ask for more. Would very happily buy from them again.

Charm works charms are lovely. My mum in law and sister receive them every Xmas and birthday. They love these pretty and well made charms. The new clasps are great they just clip the charms on instead of a visit to a jeweler. The charmers company are great, they always deliver promptly and the charms are in lovely little bags. The site is easy to use. I have never been disappointed with any of the charms.

I purchased several beautiful charms which fit perfectly with my doggy themed bracelet, arrived well within the specified time. I will definitely be buying from CharmWorks again. You will not be disappointed. 😀

Company produces lovely and unusual charms and provides excellent customer services. One of a very few companies which sell charms with lobster claws. However, it would be helpful if the size of the claw could be stated as the smaller ones I have are not able to close properly over my thicker bracelet and I will need to have adjustments made so that I can use them. Having said that, I love the charms and will do anything to make them safe and secure! A little thing, but might help others. 24 hours on and customer service have replied to me stating if I send charms back, they will put bigger clasps on. How's that for service?!!

This company who I have dealt with now for five years buying a charm bracelet and then adding each year are super efficient and extremely fast in their turnaround. The charms actually look even nicer than they do in the individual photographs and are sterling silver but at a very good price. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Fantastic company I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have been collecting charms for a bracelet purchased from them for a few years and never once have I been disappointed with their products. There has always been a charm to remind my Grand-daughter of events in her life, from leaving school, moving to America with her parents for a while, working on her degree and living in Spain as part of this, to celebrating her 18th and soon 21st birthday etc etc.
The prompt delivery and after car is great.. Well done The Charm Works, you have my vote!

Good quality product but clips are quite small so will not fit all charm bracelets
