Your order was placed on the 5th December despatched on the 6th December. I am afraid that delivery has been affected by the Royal Mail Postal strikes last week. I have, however, just checked the tracking and it shows that the parcel was delivered this morning.

Dear Patchimutu, We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels . Your order was ready for dispatch Tuesday 29th but as you are probably aware Royal Mail were on strike 30th and 1st Dec, so not collected until 2nd December . I have checked your tracking number and your parcel is now at the Brentford sorting office awaiting delivery , no doubt they have quite a backlog but hopefully should be with you by tomorrow.

A company that clearly prides itself on what it does
Didn’t just package a shoe box in brown paper for posting but wrapped it beautifully in coloured paper with branded sticker - might not sound like much but speaks of their pride in what they do. Not enough companies are like that these days.
