It was easy to order chocolates and questions were answered quickly. Phil kindly delivered the chocolates as we were local and they were very attractive to look at, beautifully packaged and even more importantly - tasted great! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using again.
The only small area for potential improvement would be to more easily understand suitable collection times once an order is ready, but this is a minor point and only applies for local purchases.

The Chocolate Soldier never disappoints. They look great and taste even better.

We are regular customers but with the recent D-Day collection, The Chocolate Soldier have outdone themselves. Sophisticated packaging and gorgeously glossy chocolates make the product very appealing to the eye. Salted caramel is everywhere these days but theirs is absolutely the best I've ever tasted and the liquorice and blackcurrant was stunning too. If I had a small gripe it would be the lack of a menu card in the box but the information is all on the website so we worked out what was what anyway.

Great service to fulfil my request. Over and above personal attention to everything. Personal delivery at no cost. What a fantastic service. Add to that Delicious flavoured chocolates.

Great Tasting Chocolates, they arrived in a wonderful box and the insert was a fantastic read, a well thought out presentation and a great selection of flavours.

I have tried a lot of the flavours and the amoretto chocolate is simply divine. great for a dinner party or just for a moment of luxury with coffee.

Delicious...I had a box of the pudding inspired ones and the salted caramel. Never tasted anything so luxurious inmy life before. My grandson had two and loved them and asked for more, so purchased a puddle for him.

I used the chat to ask a question and from that response onwards I felt that my order was important to Phill. He could not have been more helpful, he was always quick to respond. The chocolates are amazing as well. I would highly recommend this company
