Unhappy at delay in delivery by FedEx
Had a good experience with my previous orders. However this time there is a huge delay & I've yet to receive it! It was dispatched on 23rd February, arrived Stanstead on the 24th & nothing since!
I understand the delay is not your fault, but maybe FedEx need to be notified of this unsatisfactory service. One of my items is Shilajit & fortunately the weather has been cold otherwise would have melted.

First time ordering
This was my first time ordering from LUIA. Fabulous products, excellent service. There was an issue with UPS delivery service, but Dawn was very helpful and arranged an urgent delivery so I received my parcel on Christmas Eve. I also received lovely box of few freebies. I will definitely be ordering more again soon and would very highly recommend it.

Deeply relaxing and Divine facial
I had an express facial today with Seta. Firstly, Seta was amazing; she has a wonderful soothing, healing touch and her facial massage was the best I’ve ever had. I was totally blissed out. The products she used felt wonderfully nourishing for my skin which felt squeaky clean by the end. The treatment with the device was an eye opener for me and left my skin feeling and looking more alive and supple. I’ve only ever left facials with my skin looking blotchy and inflamed but today was something special. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended.
