The cameras are basic, and often drop WiFi. When they do work they're just about adequate. But the app is nothing but advertising!! Complaints aplenty, but still they push ads.
I decide what's on my phone. If they won't stop the ads, I will. Cameras & rubbish app are destined for the bin!
Sometimes in 2025, the motion detection of my video doorbell linked to the Cloudedge app stopped working. Then the Cloudedge app requested that i pay £11:99 for motion detection which I've had no trouble with since purchasing the video doorbell in 2022.
Despite paying £11:99 the motion detection still isn't working. Upon finding a telephone number for Cloudedge, there was no response. Chatting to someone online, I was advised to pay £39 for a just answer service 🙄 Absolutely ridiculous 🙄
Please avoid this company. I'm going to throw the video doorbell in the bin and buy another one. Nonsense and frustrating 😒
They are soliciting phony jobs. The company website is all fake AI nonsense and they have no products. They are trying to get jobseekers to pay for their program with recorded webinars and the promise of a fake job.
