Cocktail making masterclass
Harry came and hosted a cocktail making masterclass for 14 of us at our house for my birthday celebrations last night...how fantastic it all was..Harry was professional, fun, coped with us all ( including the 2 toddlers who refused to go to sleep!)..the cocktails were delicious and it was a great experience much enjoyed by everyone....wholeheartedly recommend.

Great drinks, lovely packaging and a kind team. My package was damaged in the post, but the team were quick to respond and even faster to resolve the issue. They take good care of customers and had even changed there normal delivery provider over Christmas, to ensure clients got their gifts on time (this was due to the strikes) Would highly recommended!

Best customer service ever!
It's hard to rate really. My order hasn't arrived yet! But then .... I witnessed the best customer service ever. They even offered to personally deliver when it looked like missing my son's birthday. Not needed in the end, as it arrived. Great product and my son is really pleased. I'm impressed with the level of customer service and the eagerness to satisfy and rectify issues. Above and beyond. Simply brilliant.
I'm very happy to share my recommendation after a recent experience for my team's virtual cocktail hour.
The Cocktail Connoisseurs were simply brilliant.
I was able to order alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks boxes with ingredients and equipment at a reasonable price, the service was slick and very personable.
I needed boxes delivered on very short notice and Harry communicated faultlessly and tracked the progress throughout. A courier issue meant a box was lost BUT the way Harry and the company handled this just confirmed their great service and professionalism. The box was replaced and hand delivered all within the required deadline (less than 24 hours in this case).
Great service!
If you do choose to use them please let them know that you saw this recommendation.

As if that wasn’t enough, customer service was spot on. Harry honoured the free delivery deal that I narrowly missed out on and contact about the postal strikes and how a new package would be sent by alternative delivery methods was unexpected but very welcomed.

I cannot fault this company at all. The deliver was very quick. The products are fantastic. The cocktails are amazing and the presentation it fantastic. These are a birthday gift for my friend and due to a hik up I got an extra one. The customer service is fantastic.

Perfect cocktail experience
I wanted something special to help celebrate my partners birthday and thought pre / post dinner cocktails would be perfect - but I'm no bar man!
So I searched and found "The Cocktail Connoisseurs" and it was exactly what I needed!
I ordered 2 kits - one beginner's kit which included the shaker, strainer, instructional video, etc. as well as the ingredients for the cocktail, and a second cocktail kit - there were 4 of us and one drink each was never going to be enough!
Ordering was easy (once I had made my mind up which kit I wanted - such choice!) and delivery was super quick!
Quality "known brand" ingredients were supplied (not cheap stuff) and, yes, I can say with certainty that the cocktails were a huge success!!

I used The Cocktail Connoisseurs to purchase some cocktail kits for a leaving gift and cannot fault the service provided and quality of the kits! The cocktail kits include all the ingredients needed to make your own cocktail, including branded spirit miniatures and not pre-made, low quality cocktail mixes. Highly recommend!
