Nice would buy again

There was misunderstanding at the beginning regarding the delivery date. But the team responded to my questions very quickly and with high professionalism and an incident was solved.

Delicious coffee! Managed to get lovely coffee each month, always fresh. Highly recommended.

The coffee selection is excellent, but I encountered a delivery issue. They sent me two packages instead of three. I contacted customer support twice, and they assured me they had fixed it. They also offered to send me the missing two packages in a separate parcel. In the end, I received just one missing package of coffee, three weeks late, and continued to receive two packages instead of three. Ultimately, I decided to cancel the subscription. It's really a shame, because they helped me discover many new roasters.

Ultimately, I'd recommend them more than not. They have a user-friendly blog, and the coffee comes with a small magazine-brochure that includes not only the recipe but also a short history of the coffee shop.

Ive been a subscriber for 3 months now and received 3 boxes.

I like pour over and cortado drinks
My set up is a la marzocco micra with a niche zero grinder and a timemore grinder for filter.

I love specialty coffee and always explore different roasters. And now with coffeevine I dont need to do research anymore as Alex does it for me. And so far I am beyond amazed.

Coffees from different countries and the best roasters all in 1 box. So far I had coffee from 🇦🇺 🇵🇹 and many more.

There was 1 fault with missing bag coffee but Alex made sure to fix the problem
