The coffee is always great, but every single delivery I pray that all three packs are still in my parcel because it's the worst packaging I have ever witnessed. Even packages from aliexpress are way safer than this parcel with open sides. Every other month, my national postal service puts tape on it themselves to ensure, that it's not their mistake if anything is missing.

I love Coffeevine because it’s exciting getting something supremely beautiful from them every month. I look forward to delivery day. It’s great value and the customer service is brilliant.

Coffee still hasn't arrived, ordered on the 11th. Tracking says the order was damaged and then disposed of, wasn't able to submit a support request form on the website, so can't get a new order, or a refund.

Edit 1: Edited to 2 stars after recieving communication from Coffeevine. A replacement has been sent, and I was asked to use the messenger app, however I don't have Facebook so unfortunately not possible

Edit 2: After having received communication from the Founder, a new order was sent out, as well as a phone communication to make sure I was happy. After the order arrived, again I was contacted in order to make sure I was happy with everything.

Great customer service, the issue I experienced was not with the company, but with the delivery system(s) in place.

Great way to explore the world of coffee. Being able to try out different kind of coffees and roasters is the best way to do with The Coffeevine.
