The coffee were shipped in time but the standard delivery delayed of a week, next time I'll choos the DHL delivery.

The coffee are great, each of them has a stamp to recognize the different type of roasting. Definitely a recommendable solution for tasting coffee from all around the world!

I was a little worried that the 250g packages might be too tricky to dial into my portafilter machine. But it worked out really well and I just loved the beans from Sloane! I would have never known about them or thought to search for beans from Bucharest. It's a treat getting such a nice selection brought to your doorstep.

Love it! Worth the price, as it saves me a lot of time researching which coffees I would like to try next. Always a great selection and such a pleasant company. Also love their Instagram (especially how passionate the owner is about the coffees he choses each month) and all the tips regarding brewing the coffees.

Being subscribed to the Coffeevine has been a great experience, in particular while stuck in the house for this past year. Their customer service is "rock star" solid & it is great when the owner contacts you by name. Deliveries have always been on-time, and the only issues I've had were due to my own error, but still helpfully resolved by the company.

Coffee selection is always interesting and of outstanding quality. I only ding 1 star due to the cost, and I think 4.5 would be more accurate :) In every other way, the service, the coffee, the company are outstanding and should be a model for other businesses to follow.

I love The Coffeevine. Always the best coffees, punctual delivery and exciting content on instagram - interviews with the roasters etc. Coffee tastes so much different afterwards.

Great option to find new roasters, very informative emails, shipping is on time as well. I personally would prefer more fruity coffees but I did find some that I really enjoyed. All in all it seems that the “classics” are chosen more often (chocolate, nutty).

To be honest: it was also my first subscription. It's that week in the month to which I'm really looking forward: 2 surprise packs of high-quality coffee in my physical inbox. I have never been disappointed since the last almost 4 years.

I have tried several specialty coffee subscriptions and Coffeevine is by far and without comparison the one I’ve been most satisfied with. Every month I look so much forward to the box, and the coffees have never disappointed.

I've been using Coffeevine for almost a year now and it's honestly Europe's best coffee subscription. Being cooped up at home during a tough 2020, having access to world-class coffee from across the world roasted to perfection really made a difference. As a coffee aficionado, being able to taste brews from Ethiopia or Colombia or Brazil wouldn't have been this easy without Coffeevine. Alex and team are doing a fantastic job. Cheers!

Coffeevine is the best coffee subscription so far. The delivered coffees are always great. Of course, once in a while there are coffees, which are not as good as others, but first of all taste is different and second of all the average quality/ taste is really high. I like especially three things about the Coffeevine.
1. They are focused on Ethopian coffees. In each months box is at least one Ethopian coffee, as far as I can remember. Sometimes even more. I had my best Ethopian coffees with the Coffeevine, especially the one from KAWA (Paris, France) was mind-blowing. Everybody out there loves this kind of coffee, so the focus ist perfectly set.
2. I love to discover new roasters all over Europe. Some are so small, that I would not have discovered these roasters, like Tané (Leuven, Belgium). But it is even nice to try the best and well-known roasters like La Cabra, Drop Coffee or Morgon Coffe Roasters.
3. The customer service is the best. I had problems with the delivery twice. Once it was the Coffeevine's fault (mistakes will allways happen), once it was the fault of the German deluvery company. Both times the Coffeevine responded very quickly to my request. Both times they excused for the mistakes and the resulting circumstances (even it was not their fault one time) and have fixed the problems quickly and easily.
Overall, the Coffeevine is great if you want to discover the world of coffee (different origins, processes, varieties etc.) and/ or if you want to discover the best and the most emerging roasters all over Europe.
As mentioned the customer service is superb.

Without a doubt, the best coffee subscription out there. Great price-to-value ratio as well as an interesting and diverse selection of coffees each month.

Unhelpful and rude - stay away from them, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. They took my money and forgot to send coffee for Christmas.
