Meets all my specs
My goal when it comes to clothes is something that is very well made, of the best materials (here, Pima cotton, high grade), in tasteful colors, and in a style that is as comfortable as possible. I pay little attention to current trends, etc. I know this is a tall order, and expensive. I first find trusted vendors (you) and then wait for sales. I have found this a sound strategy and the Company Store consistently makes the mark.

Horrible, rough, krinkly sheets.
I've never had such horrible sheets! Rough, krinkly, they even make krinkly noise when you move no matter that they've been washed with softer added. My husband won't even get in bed with these sheets. Can't believe they get good reviews. What a mistake buying these.

I don’t trust them anymore
I’m using their bed linens these few years, and the quality is good. However, my experience was very bad this time. I ordered a kids’ blanket last 12/30 and was estimated to arrive 1/10. It’s in time for my granddaughter’s bday. But didn’t arrive. When I emailed they replied and said it’s sold out and would be delivered in July. Not acceptable. I called and cancelled. At the end of the telephone conversation, the customer service guy Jonathan asked me to do a 3 question survey. That went “If you agree to answer the survey, press 1.” So I pressed 1. This was repeated 3 times, the recorded voice ended with “good bye!”He scored all 1s, I guess he’s happy.

Nice Pajamas

Stinks
Lately everything I've bought from this company is made in India, a shower curtain and now sheets, and that means their products STINK. And Indian products are poorly made, although they come from Company Store at high end prices, and washing it repeatedly to get the stink out will shrink your sheets and they won't fit your mattress. Their return policy is pretty good but who wants to pay for products that stink right out the package and now you have to keep an eye out every day for your refund? So I returned these and bought high end sheets from another company that are made in Portugal and do not have that smell.
