The Cookie People are fantastic and I would always recommend them. I've purchased from them several times and will continue do so. Their products are delicious and never disappoint. Super fresh and clearly marked best before dates. Amazing value for money. Website is clear and easy to use. Good communication about my order/delivery, which arrived when expected. Products were packaged with care.

Long wait for AMAZING Muffies
I don’t know how unfair I’m being as the muffies are simply AMAZING!
I don’t know if I’m used to everything being so easily accessible but waiting 5 days for these to arrive felt a long time!
I think the packaging is perfect but I do also feel the postage is a little pricey for the amount of time I waited for these to arrive.
If you can plan ahead and can afford to wait for their arrival these are a fab bougie gift and or treat!!

I do feel the 3 star review is a little sad to read :-( especially when you seem to be happy with the products.
we do state on our website when ordering when to expect the delivery giving our customers all the information so they can decide if they are happy to place an order knowing how long delivery will take.
as we are a bakery who bake everything in-house and also we have such high standards with our product quality, making sure our products get to you as fresh as possible means we take your order then we process and arrange the baking schedule so that we can bake and post the order the same day.
we also post every order tracked 24 so that you receive it the day after it was baked meaning that everything is as fresh as we could possibly get it to you.
its so hard as we are often expected to keep up with the huge companies that are sending non food items and we simply couldn't do this whilst making sure our that quality comes first which in our opinion it always should.
I do know some company bake ahead of time so that they can send the items on the same day they was ordered but this means the products are already a day or 2 old before they even get sent to you.
unfortunately cookie have 3-5 days shelf life, so we would rather give the customer all the information on the length of time to expect the order this is no more then 5 working days and not sacrifice the quality you receive.
also the postage cost is actually what we pay to Royal Mail so we don't have very much choice on what we can do here, unless we send on a second class basis but again this affects the quality.
we really have tried to make sure you receive your order in the best condition and to give you a all the information so you would know what to expect.
but thanks so much for choosing to order from us as small business it means a lot and we really value your custom.
