I used to get brown shrimp
I used to get brown shrimp, such tasty little things, from Sainsburys & Ocado but not any more. The Cornish Fishmonger had them though. They arrived promptly, precisely when advised and beautifully packaged of course. They will now be a rare treat.

Very bad.
This was the first time of many orders I have put in to buy fish on line that the whole box arrived defrosted. I was given a refund for one item but am still out-of-pocket for the remaining £90. Such a disappointment.

I am so sorry to read of your disappointment.
With regards to delivery, I am sorry to hear that your items had arrived defrosted, however we do expect this to happen as advised on our website (where we suggest that items such as prawns may not suitable for home freezing as they will defrost in transit)
Looking at your order it would appear that all of the items that you selected were frozen, excluding the sauce and gurnard portions. Gurnard if chilled can be placed into the freezer to use at a later as they were fresh.
We have however refunded the prawns as what you have described on your direct email does not sound right. We would expect them to defrost but not to be holding this much liquid.
I am sorry again that you have been left disappointed.
