you should gauge the 20% reduction of weight for prep off the maximum weight of purchase IE: 800g =680g
£45 for a 500g Lobster ! Noooooo

Great Mussels well packed and taste beautiful. Had the thought Friday Morning, we were eating them for lunch Saturday 😋.
It's just a shame courier didn't knock on the front door we were in and waiting. He just left them on the door step.
