Your staff are excellent and couldn't be more helpful. Your Prima pasties are great, just like I remember them when growing up in Cornwall.
Unfortunately, you are let down by the delivery company who have failed 3x out of 3 to deliver the next day. This time it took 3 days and the pasties had defrosted.
Thank you for agreeing to use a different delivery company for future orders.

Excellent service throughout, pasties very well packaged, delivered on time. The pasties from Prima pasties tasted amazing!! The shortcrust pastry was excellent and the crimped edge not too thick! Will definitely use again and recommend!!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Straight forward to cook from frozen.
Nicely filled but a little more seasoning would improve the taste. The pastry crimp is a little on the dense side.

I placed an order on 5th November for delivery on 25th November as the order was for a birthday present on 27th November. The package didn’t arrive as planned and when I approached on live chat this was due to a late delivery of pasties. I was promised without fail the package would arrive on Wednesday 26th. I had an email from APC Couriers to advise the package would be delivered between 16:55-18:55….however again it didn’t turn up. The item arrived at half 11 on 27th so too late for the birthday present and I spoke again to the company this time on email I was advised “sorry the sausage rolls you ordered will be no good now”….unbelievably poor service when I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. They did offer a full refund however I won’t be shopping again due to the experience

Searched for a genuine traditional pasty and ordered x24 from the St Agnes Bakery. Good size with excellent filling. They were efficiently packed & dispatched for a delivery day of our choosing.

I ordered the vegan pasties. They are absolutely delicious and very filling. Each pasty is a meal on its own.

I'm Cornish. Pasties were my childhood staple and are now a comfort treat. You have to know how to make them (Hint: it's simple but quite a lot of work and the ingredient quality and balance must be right).
These are the genuine article and the best commercial offering I have yet found, which is why I order them in regularly. (Tip: let them rest for a while after cooking - they're meant to be warm, not hot)

They were delivered on time, the packaging was brilliant, and the ice packs were still frozen. We ate two pastys straight away and they didn't disappoint, they were delicious. The filling had plenty of meat and potato inside and the pastry was firm and tasty just as they should be. I also purchased 6 sausage rolls to freeze for Christmas, I can't wait to try them, I might have to order again

Received 6 flakey pastry cornish pasties yesterday and omg they were gorgeous to say the least. Im originally from Cornwall so cant get down to get them so I order them by post. Definitely love the flakey pastry ones though, and would recommend 100%. Will be buying again 👌

We’ve ordered from here several times. It’s good to see that a variety of local pasty companies are represented, so there’s lots of choice. They are delivered by APC, usually first thing in the morning. We’ve enjoyed eating the pasties at home, which are fresh and tasty as they are cooked from frozen.

NEVER AGAIN. Dry inside, chicken barely been seen. Beef, just the smell.

I wanted to get a Treat for my friend. I Failed with this purchase.
Very sadly 6 Cornish Pasties (Gluten Free) confined to the dustbin. Very poor product. The pastry was very rubbery, lacking flavour and quality. The "meat" filling was just poor quality GRISTLE, dry and completely without seasoning / flavour. A few small lumps of potatoe thrown in, but nothing else. DO NOT BUY.

Pasty’s are beautiful but the sausage rolls are nothing to write about

I found the pasty quite peppery for my taste but the sausage roll was really nice.
