Brilliant service we were advised of the time our hamper would be delivered on the chosen date, the hamper was full of excellent delicious produce the scones and cream so fresh the fudge was very moreish as was the the rest of the hamper contents a real treat thank you

Excellent scones
Excellent scones, plenty of lovely cream, good tasting pastry, would have liked a little more meat in the pasty, hence 4 stars, but would definitely order again.

Great for gifts
This is the third afternoon tea hamper I have bought. They have all been gifts so I haven't had one myself but everyone said they were lovely. The last one included pasties and were apparently delicious. They have all arrived on time. I will definitely use again.

The cornish hamper co
The cornish hamper co were excellent in their customer care, could not fault them. Product good (as always) but the only thing I would say is they need to increase the insulation for transit (eatlean cheese packaging is twice as insulated) and the delivery company used not as reliable as they should be. Would recommend but use the faster delivery time.

Morning Richard, thank you for the review. We like to know our customer care is excellent and that our products are as expected. With regard to the other points you raised, all hampers containing perishable items are packaged in environmentally friendly, temperature controlled boxes that are biodegradable and recyclable and our hampers are dispatched for next day delivery. Our ordering system allows a delivery date to be selected so hampers are packed and then collected by the courier service the day prior to delivery. We've checked into the order you mention and we noted that it did not contain any perishable items, therefore it would have been packed in a normal hamper box, but please let us know if your hamper did not arrive on the expected date.

Fabulous hamper ordered for a friend who absolutely loved it! All the items were fresh and very tasty, and delivered on the day they said it would be. Great gift alternative and very happy recipients
Really good website and lots of variety. Great that you can choose which delivery day and super reliable too. I originally started using in lockdown as gifts - a deluxe cream tea for my dad for Father’s Day and my aunt on her birthday. Bought one for myself so I can vouch for tastiness. I recently bought a cheese and Cornish ale one for my uncles birthday. Everyone has loved their hampers.
