I have not received my order( LED board A3 size), even after 6 months. After the first 2 months somebody replied to my email asking for clarification on the size of the board, A3 or A4, after which no other communication and no package received ever since. Order placed in august. Now It’s january.

Hi, I am from mumbai. I read all below review post I ordered the product. I was very scared that my money might be lost now. Have ordered fidget toy ring for my kid.

However, would like to confirm that crazy has delivered my order post 2 months. I am very happy with the quality and it's just awesome.

Craze has taken money for 2 orders and have stopped responding. They have cheated me and are not even refunding the money.

I missed some points in my previous review that when i got zero update on my order, i put another item to my kart to make them belive that i would perchase more item from their website in future/other days & then got logged out from the website. After more than three weeks they contacted me via email- reminding me to buy the item which i had put in my kart, i replied via that same email & asked about my first order, update on shipping, sent pic of my order with order no. and wrote that if i get my first order delivered then i would buy another item (which was in my kart). Maybe this trick worked for me (i really dont know). Try this trick.

Totally fraud . They did not deliver my product . I am waiting from October . And now December. So many times sent messages in Gmail. Don’t have any contact no. And i was trying to message on Instagram but there also don’t have messages option . We can’t message there .

This is a fake website , they take orders and send confirmation email but never actually send the product, it is really sad to know that these many people got scammed. The most concerning thing is whenever you search in google for specific toys for kids , this website comes in first four recommendations :( we need to report instagram account and this website as fake on google.

This website is fraudulent. They display products, take payment, and then do not deliver. There is no valid customer service number, and they stop responding after one reply via email. The positive reviews on their site are paid and misleading. Please check independent Google reviews before purchasing from them.

This so called The CRAZE.in is fraud organization and and surviving on cheating people. It is my humble request to everyone not to go with this online fraud marketing team. I have decided to take necessary legal assistance to trace them and take the appropriate legal steps to penalize so that atleast no one in future should get cheated by such organisations. Never mind spending time and funds to trace these people out

Got money.Then no response.

ordered a product from the website thecraze.in and paid ₹1,599 online. After payment, they did not deliver anything. The website stopped responding immediately and there is no customer support.

This website is completely fake and is scamming customers.

Do NOT trust this site. Avoid it to save your money.

Thecraze.in Cheater & Fake Company and their Cheater Website - Taken Advance Money 20 days no response on 20 reminders no product delivered. Placed an order on this website for an important medical product, but have not received it yet. There has been no update, no tracking details, and no customer support contact available anywhere. This is extremely disappointing and stressful, especially for something related to health.

My experience with this website has been very negative .
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ( Thecraze.in )

NO response from support team. Item not delvered for days after due date which was 22 November latest.
