SCAM ALERT!!
This is a SCAM website. Just lost Rs. 1,299. No refund, no product, no response.

I ordered a winter cap worth ₹1,900 and even received the order confirmation email, but after that there has been absolutely no update. It’s been almost 20 days now, and you can’t even reach their support team — no replies, no calls, nothing. You simply won’t get any response from them. This is a complete scam and a fake website. Don’t buy anything from them.

I had ordered grip for finger protection worth 800 rs . Till date I have not received any grip , there is no number to connect to them plus there is no response also . I really don’t understand why Google is showing such website which is not authenticated . Guys really don’t purchase and it’s totally scam .

Donot buy any thing from craze. I have paid 1799 rs on nov. 2. Till now no news. No answer. Spread the news to all. I have read many reviews.

This is a fruad app and dont ever order from here and they do not have contact number also and they dont reply to the email also. This company and the employ should be in jail for doing fraud with people.Its been 25 days i have ordered and i paid online and now they are not repling to email also. This app should be banned or else this people will eat hard working peoples money.

Fake Scam. No one can contact them after placing order. Beware and report scam as much as possible

I ordered Solid Flat Top Hat Cadet Army Caps Military Adjustable Baseball Cap - 2 numbers, didn't receive the order nor refund. I also filled out customer query or help, no update.

I have placed order worth Rs 1400. not received. No communication. it is a fraud.

Please don't trust this site...no contact information works...Placed an order worth 2000 a month ago...still no information regarding same.This site is simply looting hard earned money of people.Is there some procedure to report this fraud website?? Please please don't trust this site.

Craze is a fraud company. I had ordered a table lamp worth ₹1200/-. It’s more than a month. The product has not yet arrived. And there is no way to reach out to the company. It’s a total fraud site. We the citizens must approach tbe Cyber Crime portal and take action against this company. Please do not order anything from CRAZE.

They do not deliver items even after months of waiting

It’s a scam. I don’t know why google keep suggesting this website, even when reported as a scam website by so many people. I regret placing order on this website.

I ordered a car steering cover and paid ₹900, but I never received the product. My payment is gone, and there has been no response from the seller. Please be careful — this website is not trustworthy, and they seem to be scamming customers.

Fake website running a scam. Gonna file a lawsuit soon. They don't refund even if your order is delayed by 2 months. Don't buy anything.

Fake website. No dispatch, no response

Scam company. They don't deliver. They take the payment and tell you that they are sorry for the delay in delivery. The customer keeps waiting and the window for raising the dispute with the credit card company gets over. Then these guys stop responding to your emails.

Extremely worst experience. 2.5 months since order placed. Not yet received the order

I made two orders and received nothing after weeks, except an email saying the orders have to be imported and are stuck in customs.
I asked for refund and got no reply.
Finally after weeks I got delivery of one item and the other has been shipped. So it is not a scam as I once thought. But a something is seriously wrong somewhere.
