Will never order from this business again, ordered end of June and still nothing received(am in an EU country). Helpdesk not very helpfull, just gave me a tracking number! Would prefer my money back as there was no warning on their site that delivery to an EU country could take so long! I coulld have bought locally and had my items weeks ago!

I am sorry you are having issues with your order. We dispatched your order next working day on a tracked service. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery companies especially when more than one is involved with international orders. We gave your tracking number so you could keep informed as to the progress of your delivery. Since Brexit we have experienced more issues than usual with International orders to Europe.
