Fast to arrive slow to respond
The items were delivered when expected. I have mainly purchased crystals and they were all in immaculate state, all arrived in individual sachets, same of them in my opinion were a bit too small considering the description. The reason I have given 3 stars instead than 4 is because I contacted them to enquire about a different product and I had to chase it up, once I received a reply back the answer wasn't satisfactory and didn't help much so I went elsewhere and I was upset because I found the items I had previously purchased for a more convenient price. This other vendor was much better in responding to my queries.The only difference with this other company is that items are posted without individual sachets but I honestly prefer spend less and get quicker answers than get 20 sachets for 20 stones

One leg was bent out of shape upon arrival which made the item not stand straight. This was a birthday present which I hadn't checked before wrapping so it was a little embarrassing. I did manage to bend it back into shape so that the item stood up straight but I would suggest better packaging.

Would not get my crystals anywhere else
The Team and The Crystal Geode are just amazing. They are so informative and so helpful. Orders always arrive on time and the quality of there products are just second to none. Would not get my crystals anywhere else.
