Brilliant picture , good service

Had a few bumps along the way in regards to hair in the picture but, in the end, I am very pleased with the item. The quality is VERY good and the packaging ensured that it arrived undamaged.

I took 1 star off due to the fact that the product gives off a strong odor, however I have been assured by the company that this odor will go away. Also it REALLY bothers me that the company offers limited information on it's location and NO phone number to contact customer service.

All in all, I am happy with the product.

I was apprehensive as to the outcome of the art but I totally love the product when I received it. The colours are so bright and outstanding and I just love the artist's work. Thank you for such a lovely idea, perfect for my partner's birthday and I'm sure he'll be amazed.

I absolutely love my picture. This was an Anniversary gift for my husband. It put a big smile on his face when he saw it. I do need to say that when my order arrived, it was almost broke in to due to shipping and handling. I took pictures of it and contacted “The Custom Fairy”. They promptly issued a replacement. Really cute! Great idea for a Christmas gift for my son and daughter in law.

I ordered this for my husband's birthday of the two of us and we absolutely love it! The resemblance of us both is spot on! Got the order within two weeks. Would definitely order again for other family members. We hung it up at the front entrance of our house and we have had many great comments on it from the few guests we have had in last few days.

Wasn’t happy when product arrived but I reached out and they quickly responded and they said they would have it re-done. It came quickly and turned out great! Thanks for quick turnaround and great job!

I ordered this, not knowing how long it would take or even if it was a real thing... been scammed so many times on various things, BUT, to my amazement, it didn't take that long and it is really cute. I just love it. Going to hang it in our RV so when our camping friends see it, they can enjoy it too..... Thanks

Just received my picture and it has exceed expectations, its amazing.

Just one suggestion I would have preferred a bigger picture, big enough to hang over a bed, so perhaps offer different sizes

I initially reviewed this company poorly and was disappointed in what I received. They did reach out to me after my review and made things right. I am overly happy with the results with the second one they sent me. It looks fabulous. The company came through and I am now a happy customer.

I don’t normally write reviews, and to be quite frank although I read previous reviews, and liked what I saw I was still iffy in placing an order and wondering what the outcome would be. I decided to place an order and I must say I’m extremely happy with the results, packaging was great. Final product was awesome, I will be placing other orders at future time. Also showed my family and friends and they will also be placing their orders. Thank you once again.

I ordered this not sure to trust reviews and if they were genuine but I loved the idea behind it. It came today and its absolutely fantastic to the point I will be ordering many as Xmas presents. Faultless - so happy with my purchase!!!!!

They are great. I love both of mine and they look just like us. As for recommending then I would. Their customer service is great as well.

I received a racist and offensive charicature showing my light skinned black partner as white, and the likenesses were terrible.

I emailed Customfairy customer support twice and they never responded or offered to make it right with a replacement, so I had to raise a claim in PayPal to get my money back.

This company deleted negative reviews and comments from Look.io and Instagram to make themselves look better

I never received an answer to my customer service complaint from the 18/08, which is what I raised a PayPal claim on the 21/08. However a customer service manager emailed me separately on the 29/08 having read this review, and acknowledged they should have done more to make things right. He offered to do what I had originally requested, but was never answered on, which was to redo the caricature. The refund had already been made and was honoured.

The revised caricature arrived today (09/09) and is much better, matching the skin tone. Afro-Carribean hair texture seems to be a problem to match however.

I've left the original review above for full transparency, and stuck to the facts on what occurred afterwards. The eventual customer response was in my opinion appropriate, just far too late, and it shouldn't have taken a 1 star review to prompt that. I do applaud them for apologising and trying to make it right however, even if it didn't help that this was received weeks after the birthday for which this was intended.

I've upgraded the score from a 1 star to a 2 star accordingly.

This is an amazing company, I have now ordered 2 pictures for my son’s and their wives, the likeness is amazing, I am truly happy with their work, I would definitely order again, and would recommend them to anyone, I never write reviews, but this definitely deserves it, well done
