Ordered a wooden caricature for my hubby for our anniversary. I’m not very technically minded but the process of uploading our photos was so simple and straightforward. The item arrived about 10 days later and we were amazed by the quality and attention to detail in the finished characters! Loved it so much I have now ordered one for my son and his girlfriend with their dog... can’t wait for it to arrive!
