I cannot recommend the debt resolution service enough!

I am now able to live my life without having to worry about what letters are coming through the door, who could potentially turn up all of that is now a thing of the past!

The debt resolution service (Jess) supported me every step of the way the team have been fantastic answering any questions I had along the way the process felt effortless.

My future now excites me of the possibilities rather than being full of anxiety. I can now manage my payments effectively and look forward to becoming debt free. This was not even a possibility before Jess helped me I cannot thank the team enough!

Taking the first step was the hardest but facing into the issues was the best step I took and Steven was also pivotal in this.

I feel much better as this company have helped me so much to sort my debts and the communication is excellent. I was very stressed and felt very low trying to sort things out on my own and they have taken a weight off me. Would recommend them for anyone in similar situation.

I can't thank the team that helped me enough. I have been in a DMP for over 10 years and been told many times that I dont qualify for any other type of plan! These guys were just beyond helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name but Lauren was one of the firs people I spoke to and she was just amazingly kind and understanding and talked me through how everything worked. If you are struggling at all with debt then the Debt Resolution Service could be your heroes too

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable

First of all I would like to thank The Debt Resolution Service team ( in association with The Debt Advice Service). I originally contacted them on 22 November 2021 and one month later my IVA was approved by my creditors. (82%, only 2 creditors rejected it). The team has been very reassuring every time we spoked or emailed. Jason (my IP) and Gemma have been very helpful, clarifying and resolving any doubts and efficiently communicating when required.
When the proposal was accepted by creditors it was such a relief, with half of the debt potentially written off by the end of my IVA. I cannot thank the whole team enough. I thoroughly recommend this company, excellent and professional service, supportive and not judgemental. 6 stars!!

Gemma hanvy has been absolutely outstanding, I have a lot of debt and Gemma has kept in contact with me every single month, making sure I'm okay and if I've recieved anything else. If I've asked for a call, she has called me withing about an hour of asking. Not just Gemma but the whole team have been amazing so far, still got just over 5 years with them but just wanted to say thankyou so far! Especially Gemma

Cannot fault anything!! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish and no question is a stupid question. If you are not keen talking on the phone, then apart from one call, it's all done through their app via chat messages.

It's also nice to know they will still be there to help until my IVA is finished.

I was in so much debt and was so stressed out with not bean able to cope with payment , then I got in contact with the debt Resolution Service and my world changed , they sorted out all my debts and work out a payment plan to suit my income. They are very friendly easy to talk to and if i have any problem they answer my email with in minutes and any problems are sorted out with no problems .
I would recommend these to anyone with Debt problems , they give you so much piece of mind just knowing that you do not cope with people knocking on your door wanting money and with I 5 years I will be Debt free.
So it you in Debt and need help do not hesitate to contact the debt Resolution Service you will not be disappointed
