Good communication all the way through about when product would arrive. Easy to use website,a definite bonus. Impressed with the presentation and quality of the contents of the Box. Would definitely use again. Thought the accompanying bookletsbout the different ingredients was a really good idea.

Great customer service. I put the incorrect postcode on my delivery and did not notice until delivery day. I emailed customer service and Lucy told me not to
Panic and they would sort this either with a new delivery or a new box going out the next day. The DHL delivery driver was also great as he called me to ask for confirmation as the post code didn’t match the address. Lucy emailed the next day with update tracking details. My son and partner loved the boxes for their Boxing Day late lunch with friends. I would 100% use this company again and so would my son and his lunch friends.

Beautiful hamper and service is outstanding! Despite a failed delivery which was not their fault and much to my delight Josh managed to get me a replacement in time for Christmas! Both he and Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing experience, highly recommended! Thank you so much The Deli Society!

I had to cancel my order unfortunately, so emailed the team at The Deli Society and was very impressed to receive an almost immediate response, especially in Christmas week.
The problem was resolved without any issues and I will certainly use The Deli Society again in the future, based on this excellent level of service.

One of the cheeses was moldy and it wasn’t supposed to be… everything else was yummy, we got the beer box but I think extra packaging to ensure freshness needs to be carried out!

As a mid-twenty year old living with a couple of mates from school; wine, cheese and charcuterie isn’t normally a go-to idea for us.

However, the fact we have continued to order a box every couple of months, to all enjoy together on the weekend, is testament to the food and overall experience.

I have ordered a couple of boxes from here now and they have been fantastic! Every time they have been wonderfully wrapped, arrived in a timely manner, and the products have been delicious! I couldn’t recommend this company enough, a real find!

Absolute car crash.

Parcel delivered to a house 3 streets away - I have the photo of the house front door and number dropped off at 1pm today, they say they have never seen it, I dont have it either, I guess the courier has taken it home now for his/her supper. Get a good delivery company FFS. Avoid, avoid, avoid

For my brother-in-law's 40th Birthday we ordered a gift subscription for 6 boxes to be sent over a year so 1 every 2 months. The first one arrived and it was wonderful. He loved it. Unfortunately for the next 2 I have had to get in contact with the Deli Society to ask about his delivery and then they get sent. Although overall it is a lovely idea and gift I am disappointed I have had to remind them of the next delivery.

Was a gift for a friends birthday. She loved it said here was lots of cheese and everything tasted delicious plus it was ethically packaged and she could reuse some of the packaging to protect a plant in her greenhouse.
