TOTALLY DISRECTFUL MGMT!!

I called to get a confirmed or even estimated delivery date and got a really rude & disrespectful SUPERVISOR who when asked his name he said " it didn't matter" !!
They don't give delivery dates when u place orders.

I wanted to write a review because…

I wanted to write a review because there are so many bad reviews about this company. I have no issues with them. I ordered the products and then didn't get any email about it. So, I thought I had been scammed. But, it was my fault for not looking in my spam folder. After looking there I found 3 emails stating they had received my order, it was in processing and then it had been shipped. I would order from them again and probably will in the future!

The worst experience of my life with…

The worst experience of my life with The Dental Market US I ordered cases of chlorhexidine for their price listed and all of a sudden i get a notification saying that's they refunded my order after 3 days of waiting and they said they were out of stock but when i placed the order they were still in stock. It only took few minutes for me to find out that they changed their price after I place an order and they never honored the price I bought the products for in the beginning. This is just the start then later we bought 2 cases of 24 boxes of anesthetics ed and green as tittle had the listing as "50/box, 24" in online terms this means 24 boxes of 50 anesthetic cartridges. The same thing happened with this just this time they decided to send me 2 single boxes of green for the price of $82.00 each this is outrageous and ridiculous not only to mention that the anesthetics were about to expired. I totally don't recommend this company total fraud!!!!

Prabhat Bista was very friendly and…

Prabhat Bista was very friendly and helpful to solve my problem regarding exchanged the masks that I received.
He also provided an excellent customer service on the phone when I called him about my issue and he did follow up as well .
So I strongly recommend to order the products at the dental market

Dental Market won’t sell dental materials to the public

I ordered temporary filling material. They accepted my order, and then cancelled it a day later without explanation. When I wrote to enquire, they stated that they don’t sell dental materials to the public, and that this is clearly stated in their terms and conditions. It is not, in fact, stated in their terms and conditions (which provide only a general statement that they reserve the right not to sell to anyone). So: the Dental Market will not sell dental materials to the public, but they will take your order without even asking if you’re a dental professional, and will waste your time and effort. Useless.

Product won't come- very rude staff.

Horrible service - NEVER got items but charged full in advanced. Called them 3 times to check if the order would come and what the expected delivery was.. they said they would call back and never did. As a brand new Hygiene office, charging someone over $1500.00 and not delivering the product and NEVER following up is a horrible thing to do.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER

I ordered a clear face mask almost 2…

I ordered a clear face mask almost 2 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I called and was told on Tuesday it would arrive via US mail. Did not. On Wednesday I was told it would arrive via UPS by end of day. Did not arrive. I called today and had to leave a voicemail message because no one is answering the phone. Still do not have my product, but they were quick to get my $. Very rude customer service. Everyone has an excuse and why am I being told different days and different delivery services? Also I realized I did not receive an order receipt from them. I am requesting a total refund. They obviously do not care about customer service. I noted they don't respond to the reviews either if they are negative.

Legit KN95s? Not so sure.

I ordered 2 boxes of 10 white KN95 masks. The website description says they are GB2626-2006 rated, the photo above the description shows a mask stamped GB2626-2019. Ok. However, the masks that just arrived were in clear, unmarked bags of 5 (not boxes) and the masks themselves are embossed with “KN95” only, no NIOSH rating anywhere. Everything I have read states that masks without the NIOSH rating stamped on the front aren’t legit. So, it kind of feels like these are a bait-and-switch.
Meanwhile, the pink KN95 masks I also received are in marked packaging (Powecom) and *do* have GB2626-2019 on each on, so that’s good! But...when you put them on, they have a noticeable petroleum smell, which isn’t great. Maybe that’s because they are pink? (Which makes me wonder what toxins Chinese manufacturers are using in their dyes.) Hopefully, that will dissipate—I’m not keen on wearing a mask that causes headaches.
All in all, very disappointing.
[UPDATE]: So far, the petroleum smell does go away after wearing the mask for a while, so I'm glad about that.

Incredibly rude and toxic people work…

Incredibly rude and toxic people work there. I will never deal with this company again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service and follow up service is disingenous and atrocious. Run, don't walk!

Don’t Buy!!! I found this company online searching…

I found this company online searching for a specific brand and scent. Scentiva spray disinfectant. I paid about 16.00 per bottle and when it arrived, there are two full bottles but they are NOT Scentiva. The bottles have an amber colored liquid but there is NO scent. Since I don’t know what they contain, I am throwing them out. Don’t buy from this company!

I asked her to wait because I need clarification on particular items. As I listed it out she had no clue. Very rude, great deflector to their website, not customer service oriented. It's all about a buck with this company. As opposed to helping customers. Take your business elsewhere! I did!

Price Gouging

Bought a bottle of rubbing alcohol from them for less than $50 when the pandemic started to hit. Then the following week the price was increased to more than 2 times more. If that is not price gouging then I don't know what is.
I do not recommend to buy from them.

Purchased "Level 2" surgical masks from…

Purchased "Level 2" surgical masks from these folks online and the invoice confirmed that the order placed was for "Level 2 Certified" medical masks. What we received were boxes marked "Made in China", "Disposable Medical Mask", shipped from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida of all places. No where on the boxes was an ASTM rating indicating the level (1, 2 or 3) of protection provided. No where on the packaging was the fluid resistance or the particle filtration efficiency even listed. In short, there was nothing to indicate what level of protection these masks actually provided.

When contacted, the company forwarded documents showing that their masks were allowed to by imported for sale in the U.S. by U.S. Customs, implying that U.S. Customs was the rating agency for masks and that what the Chinese claimed about the product was accurate. Absolutely ridiculous!

Bottom line, the company refused to pay for the return of the masks and refused to refund our purchase price, advising that we had received exactly what we had ordered.

Avoid this Canadian firm at all costs!

Please be accurate when you write a review!
The seller provided the buyer with lab test results, certificates and pictures of the masks showing clearly that the item received by the buyer is the level 2 masks that he had purchased.
Buyer decided to ignore the information!!!
As per the terms of sale, ALL PPE items are final sale.
Seller have made and exception and agreed to accept the item back , but the buyer decided not to ship it.

Very good PPE solutions

I was tasked with ordering half a pallet of PPE solutions from The Dental Market. Did some research, spoke to their customer service and enjoyed the overall experience. There should be more companies like these in such time. They really do care about the overall experience and want to make sure you’ll be coming back for more.

Yes, would buy again!

I placed an order after finding them through Google. Overall solid and good experience. No issues whatsoever. Products were quality products that I was satisfied with. Not a given during COVID!

Product descriptions are mislabeled and when I called in company claims "All sales final."
For example, face masks claiming to have 95% filtration are cheap Chinese imitations with absolutely no claim about filtration on the product. "Hand sanitizer" is nothing more than 80% alcohol which is so watery there is no way to apply it.
I wish I knew this earlier, but this is NOT a U.S. company!!! I learned the hard way - If you order from them, be prepared to contact your credit card company for fraud.

Customer was explained and provided with proofs that the items he ordered are exactly what he received.
Masks are 95.2% filtration, standard is written on the box and lab test results certificate provided to customer.
Hand sanitizer is being sold as LIQUID hand sanitizer and not gel.
Although all the above and in order to keep the customer happy we refunded the customer for both items without any need to return them.
We are sorry that the customer choose to write this wrong review instead of appreciate the steps we went for him.

Waiting on refund for undelivered order since May

I have ordered some PPE supplies back in May and the package was lost. I have called the Dental Market office at least 5 times in the past couple of months but still have not received the refund.
