I have ordered some PPE supplies back in May and the package was lost. I have called the Dental Market office at least 5 times in the past couple of months but still have not received the refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS INDIVIDUALS

I placed and order for gloves online - gloves that were listed as being ins tock and available.

Nowhere on the website was it listed, AT MY TIME OF PURCHASE, that the company has the right to just randomly substitute gloves from another company, perhaps one that is NOT as careful in their manufacturing as those that I carefully picked from their available stock.

Instead of contacting me, the client, and advising that due to issues with production I was going to be getting a substitution, or allowing me to cancel my order, I was sent gloves in packaging that is not even in a language that I am able to read to ensure that these are latex free, safe gloves for use for my clients.

I called the company directly, immediately, and was given the option of returning the gloves AND THEN HAVING NONE and got ZERO consideration that this issue is due to a disconnect in their communication to clients, whose money they are taking up front as they are insisting on online orders.

I proposed a compromise of some sort of partial refund, since I cannot work without gloves, and was treated exceptionally rudely for even daring to suggest such a thing - and I got the impression that I was being treated this way as I was a woman who was making this suggestion. Despite what was said below, the solution was NOT what they proposed below at all.

While I realize that PPE of all kinds is at VERY short supply during this PANDEMIC, not advising clients in any way of possible substitutions and then treating them like uneducated people for being upset at receiving something they DID NOT ORDER is appallingly bad customer service practices.

I encourage people to NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unscrupulous, and quite frankly sexist as well.

To Dental Market. I have every right to review my experience and to protect others from your unethical, and dishonest actions. Replying and creating a smokescreen DOES NOT change that fact. Look at ALL the poor reviews you have received for similar behavior.

If it looks like a liar, acts like a liar multiple times, and gets reviews like a liars, then it MUST be true.

Save your lies for somebody who cares. You will NEVER fool me again, LIARS.

this company is taking advantage of the covid-19 out break. charging 159.95 for a pack of 6 Lysol wipes. that is roughly $26 a container. home depot and other stores sell them for $5 a container. they should not be allowed to do this because of shortage. i will report them to the better business people. and contact Lysol to stop selling to them.

The items came within 10 days which I guess is not bad considering the current issues with mail delivery. The website was easy to use but the chat is shut down.

I have ordered 5 disinfection-related things so far from this website and even in current COVID-19 they have been delivered as promised. Will surely buy from them again

I bought 50 face mask that suppose to be N95 so I can used if I needed to, they sent me something that look like a face mask, I guess if I use toilet paper will be better, no hygiene at all, mask comes in a little package without any protection, dirty is inside. I called them to let them know and they come out with the excuse that the Government of Canada is the one that approve this for private citizen never heard about that it is a lied. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY ANYTHING from this website.This is a JOKE not a real thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, they are taking advantage of the people selling something that cannot be used even for painting protection.
