Avoid This Seller

Avoid This Seller – Complete Scam!

I fell for the advertisement of the Peter Thomas Roth cream that promised instant results. Instead, I received a completely different product called Ouhoe, which looks nothing like what was advertised. The cream I got is only 30 ml, even though the ad clearly stated 100 ml.

To make matters worse, the ingredients are entirely different! The product I received contains mineral oil, a harmful ingredient I would never use on my skin. The seller is engaging in false advertising and deceptive practices.

Do not buy from this seller! Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. This is a scam, plain and simple

SCAM ALERT

Same story as everyone else. Got a cheap knockoff with entirely different ingredients. I’ve just emailed but from what everyone says, sounds like I won’t be getting a reply. How did I fall for this? Must always check the reviews first!

Dodgy dodgy dodgy

Unfortunately like many I did my checks after purchasing (won't do that again)
Tracking goes nowhere and I've tried emailing- all emails get bounce back.
I'll also be going to my bank - these people must be stopped.

SCAM

SCAM - ordered Peter Thomas Roth but recieved something else. I complained and recieved a reply that PTR changed it's brand name, and I could "rest assured" that the ingredients and effect of cream was the same as PTR!!! When I replied I got blocked. I am going to report this to Facebook amongst others. Don't by!!! Note to self - shop from safe retailers!

100% scam. sends wrong product and then deactivates email addresses ( team or support at thedermalabs.com), so you can’t return, complain or get a refund.

SCAMMERS!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they are SCAMMERS!! They pretend they are selling a legitimate product , the Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firm X face tightener but then they send you a cheap knock off product instead and then their support email bounces right back, I seriously doubt I'll ever get a refund out of them, lesson learned the hard way :-(
