Beautiful leather bag - my partner absolutely loved it. So many compartments for everything. It's obvious that a lot of thought went into this design.

I brought these dice for my son as a part of a 30th birthday gift. I was so pleased with the quality and the look of the dice and I know he will love them.
The service provided was excellent, there were no issues and delivery was very prompt.

Great value for money. The dice arrived on time and in a really nice tin. The quality of the dice was superb and all for an extremely reasonable price when compared to a lot of other suppliers out there. Really impressed and will definitely use Dice Dungeon again in the future.

Parcel held by Royal Mail for lack of payment for postage from the sender. Appalling lack of professionalism and can see from other reviews that i'm not the first to experience this with them.

Funny response, you (Ben Wilson) literally emailed a copy paste of a message you sent as a reply on this site to another customer with the same issue.

Sadly cant recommend. The box the dice came in is nice and good as a display but that's where the good stuff ends.

My dice came with several manufacturing errors, including missing special symbols and a color completely different from what's depicted on the website. When I contacted their support, I was swiftly dismissed and told that they weren't aware of any issues. Only later, when more people complained, did they agree to send a replacement.

Issue here are the replacements only fix the missing special symbols, the color is still way off from what gets promoted on their website. It's closer but still off.

They also only replaced the 7 main dice and not the big, special one, that came with the set, so I basically have a full set of wrong dice and a set of slightly less wrong dice without a matching centerpiece.

So yeah, poor customer service, poor quality control and poor overall product, especially for the rather steep price point. The dice feel like some basic ones I bought for like 10 bucks, and not like a $70 set of collectors dice.

Absolutely horrible service from these people. I ordered a set of dice for Christmas for my daughter, website said they would be fully launched and shipping by September. I ordered it and only one set showed up. I emailed and they told me its a "pre-order". And I pointed out the website, and their solution was just change the website and "thats too bad".

When it finally came time to shipping the second set SIX MONTHS LATER. I sent them my corrected mailing address, which they INCORRECTLY printed on the shipping label and then when it wasnt delivered they blamed me. They are innocent even though the picture of the label shows the wrong information. I provided verification of my address from the county engineer, the post master, and even showed other mail with the address I provided being delivered YET somehow they are all wrong and these dingles wanted to extort me another 15£ to resend it after THEY made the mistake.

Right from the start, their first response to any issue is cancel the order and refund it. At least 6 times they attempted to cancel the order to avoid actually providing the product I ordered. Today they cancelled the order AFTER i told them to send me the invoice for the rest of the money they want to swindle me out of.

Amazing how EVERYONE else can send me mail without a problem, but these guys print it wrong on the label and thats MY fault. Zero accountability. Zero attempt to rectify. You made the mistake, you pay for correcting it, not pass your responsibility onto the customer because you cant read.

Prompt delivery and good communication.
Would have been better if the limited edition book being delivered had been given more substantial packaging (minor dent at edge of spine when it arrived).

Asked to send me an email when the book will be back in the stock, few days latter got the email, ordered a book and in two days it has arrived.

Packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap to avoid damaging the product. Shop owner provided good communications as well

Damaged items sent, 3 etbs very badly damaged and with half the seal off so unsure what happened, refused a refund even after I offered to send them back as they were. Bad experience

Quick and speedy delivery, with an excellent turn around. Thankful for the restock notification that helped me get what I want!

Fantastic shop - has an excellent range of TTRPG equipment. The bag of hoarding is as described and got myself other things too. The items were delivered in good condition.

cheap and great quality

Ordered a Japanese Pokemon Battle Partners boosters box - well packaged, delivery came when it said it would, very satisfied :) at a really great price too, £5 cheaper than any other website that was selling it! Will be coming back here :)

There was a mistake made for the mystery dice bag not providing one of the dice but after messaging support they delivered a quick and satisfactory response of sending a new mystery bag.
