I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
I ordered dice on 12/1/18 and it’s 12/20/18 and I still haven’t received my order. I sent an email to request information on the order status, but I have had no response. This is a Christmas present that I don’t have yet to give. I wouldn’t have rated even a 1 if I didn’t have to.

Hello Toni, I'm sorry you have had to contact us via Trustpilot regarding your order and we are sorry to hear it has not yet arrived. We did get your email, and responded the same day explaining that your dice were shipped next working day to your USA address. We included a photo of the package for your information so that you could contact your local postal service. I suspect this package is delayed due to the Christmas postal system or at customs.We will re-send the email from a different account in case it is spam trapped (please check your spam!). I appreciate its a gift, and you ordered very early (1st December) and its unfortunate that it hasn't arrived, but we did ship on Monday 3rd December using Air Mail, This service is not tracked. Clearly we can't control the postal service once the item has left our location. HOWEVER we fully accept that it is our responsibility to get your order to you, and so after 1 month of non delivery we will accept it is lost and provide a full refund. Please get in touch early January and give us an update, and to request a refund if that is still required. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Andy

Absolutely awesome
Absolutely awesome! Kickstarter dice, and a kg bulk pack with some fun dice arrived quickly and there was a free dice bag (and 1.3 kg instead of 1kg) included. Excellent customer service, I will use again.

As these dice come from a large 'clearance' box, there can be odd stuff in it too - a few counters, some figure bases, bits of packaging, dead spiders etc, so adding extra makes up for any issues with these kind of things. Somone once has a One Pound Coin in a pack! bonus!!!

I should point out, this customer bought an item from us via our Amazon shop front, and we failed to send the item as his order printout got lost among the madness of Black Friday weekend. When he politely enquired about the missing item, we looked into it, and re-shipped 1st class the same day, with an additional item to make up for the delay.
We do appreciate it when our customers are polite and understanding - we all make mistakes, but when we make them, we try very hard to rectify them to your advantage, and to learn from our mistakes. After this problem was highlighted, we added a back-board to our mobile packing table to stop order printouts falling off and getting lost, as this one had done.
Thanks again for your understanding, Mr Hallett.
The Dice Place had the specific dice I needed.
The Dice Place was the only vendor where I could find Gray dice with white dots. Which were specifically needed for a unique wargame mechanism.

Amazing service
Amazing service, lots of different dice in beautiful colours and designs, and cheaper than the ones on the high street which don't look as nice as the ones here! Always arrives in 1-2 days (UK) and I even got a free dice bag with my last order, will always get my dice from here!

Delivery was faster than I expected, especially for the price! The dice are beautiful; rainbow dice are usually so expensive so it was an absolute joy to find these dice at such a low price. I ordered the Aurora D20 Poly Dice set and they came exactly as pictured. I'll admit I was apprehensive at ordering from the site at first - things seemed too good to be true! But I had absolutely nothing to worry about, ordering was quick and simple, and a couple of days later I had my dice - with a free dice bag, which was a very pleasant surprise.
