Lovely Wig
Beautiful coloured wig with great ajustable wefts and middle part. It was a bit sparse in the back which made styling a bit difficult but overall got the job done. I curled the wig and was pretty happy with the end result considering it is a synthetic material. A note that the middle part is built in to the wig, so any pulled back hairstyles will not be achievable. Overall a great wig and was perfect for what I needed.

Great costume

The wig was surprisingly good quality for such a fair price! I honestly didn't expect much given the low price point, but people actually thought it was my real hair (granted it was a somewhat dim lit party, but still). I was blown away. I will definitely buy from the Drag Queen Closet again. This isn't directly related to the company, but shipping was very fast and reliable as well, so all in all, a very good experience. People complimented me all night, and I kept telling them the Drag Queens is where it's at!

Withholding my money making fake excuses to not refund me despite having returned everything
UPDATE: so how do I clear it from customs so I can have my money back?! I have asked you this so many times now and you continue not to actually give me an answer!! And how about you reply to my emails instead of ignoring me until I have to come back on here? Clearly you’re only worried about the bad press and not about actually giving customer service
Sizing all over the place. Returned all items within the return window and are blaming me that they’re stuck in customs saying it’s up to me to get them cleared and withholding my refund despite one of the 2 parcels having been delivered saying that it’s because I requested a chargeback from my credit card company. The charge back was closed in June (which I showed them proof of) and if they’d refunded me when they had received the return I wouldn’t have had to request a chargeback in the first place.
Now they’re just completely ignoring me and continuing to withhold my money so I’m going to keep leaving negative reviews until this is sorted and if they think I’ll eventually just give up and they’ll keep my money they’re going to have a shock. The items were all returned, in mint condition, within the correct time frame. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

We haven't ignored any of your emails. We have replied to all of them within 1 working day. And we already told you that you have to speak with the courier company because they are the ones who can help you with everything regarding the shipment and the Customs fee. That is completely beyond our control.
ORIGINAL RESPONSE:
How many reviews will you write for the same case? One of our suppliers received the return, but the other didn't. The package got held in Customs. You requested a chargeback through your bank and the order's money got withdrawn from our account together with a penalty fee. We had to submit a response to the chargeback and now the bank has to make a decision about the case. This may take up to 75 days from the response submission. We can't do anything about your order because it is blocked on our end until the bank makes a decision. If the bank sides with you, they will refund your money, which has already been taken from our account. If the bank sides with us, this money will be restored to our account. Then we will be able to refund you for the corset which return has been completed.
You said you had canceled the chargeback, but we haven't been notified nor has the money been restored to our account. Furthermore, the order continues being blocked on our end. We sent you screenshots from our end where you can see the highlighted message from Shopify:
"The chargeback response has been submitted to the customer’s bank.
We submitted your response to the dispute on June 3, 2024 at 5:22 am. We’ll let you know when the bank makes their decision, which could take up to 75 days."
This message is still there and the order is still blocked. There is nothing we can do until the bank decides.
The corset was very good quality
The corset was very good quality. Unfortuantly due to my daughter having autism, she did not like the feel of the silky material. I contacted the company and explained this and they were very helpful. The only problem was that the corset had to be returned by tracked post to china. When I priced this,it was not worth paying the postage as I would not have been getting much of the money I had paid for the corset back. This is the only problem I had. Therefore I have not returned the corset and now have paid for something that I can not use.

Dear Allison,
It is clearly explained in our policies that the products are shipped directly by our suppliers from China and that the products have to be returned to our suppliers in China. Our suppliers ship the products with tracking so that the customer can follow up on the package and know if there is some issue with it. The returns have to be the same because the refund depends on the return's completion. If the package doesn't reach our supplier and no one can know where the package is, that is a problem.
Regarding the feel of the material, unfortunately, that is something really personal and there isn't much we can do apart from indicating the product materials and displaying pictures of the products, which we already do.
