I recently ordered a wig from The Drag Queen Closet and unfortunately, I never received it. After waiting for about a month, I decided to write to their customer service team to ask about the status of my order. They promptly responded and informed me that the wig I had ordered was out of stock from their supplier, and that they had sent me an e-mail about this. I never received their email notification about this issue, but their email may have ended up in my spam folder, I never check the spam before I empty it, and I just assumed any mail from them would arrive straight in my inbox since the order confirmation arrived there, but regardless, they were responsive and accommodating throughout the process and they were quick to offer alternatives and assist me in processing a refund since I didn't want to choose a different item.
While I initially had concerns about not receiving my order, I found the people at the Drag Queen Closet both professional and effective in their customer service. Despite the inconvenience of not getting the wig I wanted, I still had a positive experience with The Drag Queen Closet, and I would trust them for future purchases. Their customer service team was helpful, and their willingness to resolve the issue earns them my recommendation.

I never did order shoes, i ordered a corset that still didn‘t arrive to this day. Maybe you confuse me with another costumer but i did not recive my product i payed for!

Im updating on a previous reveiw on a lip gloss clear purchase .I made my purchase with order confirmation Ihad to get in touch as almost 3 weeks went by and no order .They replied promptly expaining that an email was sent the following day of my purchase but i recovered 3 months of emails/ junk / spam no email of the unavailability of the range and i was asked to order something else and my order would be ammended with no extra charge which i found confusing as the price for both items were the same .Still after quite a while a still didnt get my replacement .in saying that a few days later my original order arrived .I then re placed the order for the replacement that didnt come its now been almost 10 days and no sign of the new order .Im a little upset really as the nails i purchased came in around a week . The communication was good but im afraid guys that ordering/dispatch need to be a little more precise for for me to order again the date of the previous order is approximate

Great product and great service. I purchased two hats for my mom who is 97 and attending my daughters wedding. She was so pleased! They were tastefully done and the adjustable band feature helped fit her small but adorable head.
