I could not recommend this any more. 3.5 years after my wedding I decided to get my dress cleaned. Not only was an outstanding job done (to clean my dress of dirt, wine and everything else) the process was perfect from start to finish. Professional and also friendly service that keeps you up to date with what to expect from pick up, the cleaning journey and drop off. The quality of the box that is lace lined and has a lovely ribbon around it is such a beautiful detail too. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The Dress Cleaning Company did a wonderful job with my wedding dress as it had got quite grubby throughout the course of the day.
It arrived beautifully packaged and presented and is such a lovely way to keep and store the dress. I also chose to get my veil cleaned which they kindly neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper in its original box.
The staff were incredibly friendly and great at keeping me updated as the process does take a little while, but I had no issues what so ever.
I’m so glad I decided to go ahead! Thank you so much ladies!

I have had a great experience with them from start to finish. Their communication was quick and all the instructions about how to package up my dress were easy to follow. They arrange collection and delivery from my house. They also sent pictures of the dress once cleaned to check I was happy with it. As much as this process does take a while the care that is put into it at every step is amazing. My dress has arrived back and it is so beautifully packaged in a box with tissue paper and ribbon. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It has surpassed all my expectations.

They took my mother’s 53 year old Wedding Dress that was discoloured and smelly and turned it into like new. My Dad passed earlier this year and for Mum to receive this before Christmas has meant everything … highly recommended

Amazing company. Very attentive, considerate and truly care for their customers. My wedding Dress was in a terrible state and I really did not think they would be able to save it. What was returned to me was an item that looked brand new although over 52 years old and stored in its original box. Sadly I was unaware the original box was no longer fit for purpose. My dress is now in a perfect, beautiful and safe box. Simply perfect in every way. Huge thank you’s to the whole team. You are all simply AMAZING

I really recommend this service for cleaning your wedding dress. I was a bit nervous about getting mine cleaned because it was silk and so special to me. The dress cleaning company were just perfect, pick up and delivery of the dress was easy and the emails and photos they share throughout the process made me feel reassured. They made my dress look.beautifup and managed to get out some stubborn stains! Its a great service

My daughter was married in her grandmother’s 1963 wedding dress in July. We wanted a company who we hoped would be able to remove the yellow stains and clean it. Caitlin and team did a fantastic job, their expert care and attention to detail ensured that the staining was removed completely. They made the whole process so easy and simple, even arranging collection and return. The wedding day was wet and so had no hesitation asking them to clean the dress and dirty hem. Brilliant service!
