Jack is Terrible at customer service

Jack is Terrible at customer service! Do no recommend using this platform. I have asked several times for them to delete my account and they outright refuse to. Instead, they keep sending me canned responses to cancel my subscription in my account settings which there is no option to do so because I never signed up for any subscription. They then refuse because I emailed them from another email address than the one on my unused account with no private or sensitive information attached to it. Use Hipcamp Instead.

Bait-and-switch

Dyrt heavily markets their product as a free app when in reality you have to pay $35 every year subscription to use any of the app's features. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel after the 7 day free trial, resulting in unwanted charges on your credit card. Look elsewhere, plenty of websites provide the same service without the bait-and-switch subscription fees. Very unethical company. I've learned my lesson, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid.
