Fantastic cup
Fantastic cup. Great at keeping my coffee warm. Cup itself gets 5 stars. Need to mark down for lid. It pops off with heat. Also coffee/water lodges into slider and can't remove.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We just wanted to address some of the issues you are having with your slide lid. If your slide lid is popping off with the heat of your drink please make sure that you open the slide lid component before putting it on your mug. This will allow some steam to release through the drinking hole. Also take off the silicone ring off the lid and put it back on again to make sure it is on correctly. This should help the pop issue. In terms of cleaning your slide lid and getting rid of harsh coffee stains here is a link of how to do that:

This product is amazing
This product is amazing. Keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours. Great choice of colour. Excellent service in that I ordered at 3 o clock one day and the beakers arrived the next morning. I'd highly recommend to everyone.
