We recently ordered four battery blinds for our sliding garden doors. The blinds are of a very high quality and have transformed our living/kitchen space. The standard of finish is very high and following the survey they were delivered within the timescales agreed. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and we are delighted with the result. I would definitely recommend the electric blind company. Whilst the blinds are expensive, you get what you pay for and in this case the product, product and service were worth the cost.

We are very pleased with the final result and the motors provided by the Lutron system are very silent. We opted for a concealed box which required our builder to give careful thought to the design of the steels spanning over 5 meters above the bifold doors. This, and the thought in providing the power supply, paid off in the end. The fitter was impressed by the preparative work which ensured that the final fitting of the 3 blinds went smoothly.

Although there were hiccups along the way, the good communications from The Electric Blind Company and ourselves has resulted in a great blind.

Since the fitting a couple of weeks ago, the performance appears exceptional and everyone who has seen them are very impressed.

Electric blinds are not cheap but the quality of the Lutron product seems well worth the money - only time will tell.

After 10 years of sun streaming through our kitchen orangery we finally got round to getting some solar fabric electric blinds fitted. We are really pleased with them. The customer service was great throughout. Some fascia end caps were missing in the initial delivery/fitting but were swiftly ordered and fitted a couple of days later. The fitter was very patient in making sure I was happy with the preset height settings. They are not a cheap product but I think you get what you pay for.

What a fantastic product! We love them. We moved into a modern house in Winchester with two sets of five meter wide bifold doors. The electric blinds are the perfect compliment to such amazing windows. They have been expertly fitted and everything about the process from initial enquiry to final fitting was handled really efficiently. Well done and thank you.

This is the second time we have used The Electric Blind Company.
Each time the service has been excellent from start to finish and the end product has proved to be of good quality.

I can fully recommend The Electric Blind Company. My project has a 12m wide opening made up of four sliding door panels and Chris recommended four separately operated blinds. During the design phase of my project I discussed options with Chris on the phone and his company quickly gave me a quote just based on those discussions. Once the project started, items were delivered on time and Chris would always call me back to give advice about any pre-install questions I had. After survey the actual installation went fine although there was a small positioning issue with two of the blinds but the installers came back and rectified the matter quickly. As the sliding doors and the associated blinds would be a major feature of the house, I needed to ensure that this part of the project was in safe hands so I liked that I could speak directly with the people who run the company and not a generic call center.

We were recommended The Electric Blind Company by a friend and have NOT been disappointed. We received professional and friendly service and the blind was fitted perfectly and gives us the shade required across the triple bi-fold at the touch of a button! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service through out, from estimate to fitting. We needed to cover a large area of bi-fold doors so we had 5 blinds fitted that can be controlled separately or all together. Great company to deal with. We are so happy with our blind and the father and son team who fitted it were lovely and so tidy. They went above and beyond when there were issues with our electrics (not part of their work) and worked hard to resolve it for us. The finished product looks great and we would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
