I have three high windows in a central London flat which were a faff and a fiddle with the original roller blinds. I made a good decision and contacted The Electric Blind Company. Jack worked his magic and they became a source of joy every day when I click the remote. Simple pleasures. Do yourself a favour and experience the professionalism of this amazing company.

From enquiry to completion the team have been customer focussed and efficient.

Found The Electric Blind Company through an online search as was looking for hidden electric blinds for a building project. For layout purposes selected the fascia concealed blinds for sliding doors, a floor to ceiling window and a large normal window. They were great to deal with and I'm delighted with the results. Jack did a brilliant job with the fitting. The finish is of superb quality and looks integral to the window and door casings.

Gemma and her team have been wonderful. We have incredibly lovely blinds and very pleased with the end results.
Our project took longer than anticipated and they were very patient with us.

It was a pleasure doing business with the Electric Blind Company again. We had some remedial work done in our flat, which involved taking down our blinds, replacing some damaged parts, and reinstalling. Communication with the team was always prompt and helpful, whether by email or on the phone with Gemma or Claire. Site visits from Jack were very smooth as was his work. All round I highly recommend the Electric Blind Company if you want custom blinds for your home!

From initial contact, admin, communication, measuring/consultation through to the final installation I enjoyed a seamless, personable, professional and efficient experience.
It was so refreshing to deal with actual people and be able to totally trust their advice and the process. Jack, the fitter was utterly charming. His calm and friendly demeanour instilled confidence in his work. The double Blinds UV/Blackout for x2 courtyard windows were quickly installed and Jack took great care to clean up and remove all packaging. I only wish I had more windows!

We've had a brilliant experience from start to finish with the Electric Blind Company. From first contacting them to installation the customer service has been excellent throughout from Gemma, Claire, Chris and Jack. We went for the LI-ION battery blinds with a fascia colour matched to our bifold doors. We're incredibly happy with the end product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This product is a big investment for us. (Electric blinds for Crittall windows.). We found The EBC’s website and felt we would be in good hands after talking with them. They didn’t disappoint. Gemma and Jack with whom we dealt were great and everything went smoothly. The end product is really super and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who asks.

The service from start to finish was very efficient, warm and friendly. The installation was quick and the guy was really lovely. We opted for the Lutron Blinds over 7 doors. We’ve had them for about 6 months already and we are very happy with them. They are super quiet and work well on the remote. We haven’t yet set them up with the hub but looking forward to doing this soon. We would highly recommend The Electric Blind Company!

We got our blinds installed in 2018. In 2023 I made a mistake when changing the batteries and damaged one of the blinds. The customer service was next level. The team came out and repaired the blind quickly and efficiently. Just now my teenage son managed to “break” the control. As it turned out he just locked the buttons. A quick call to the office and they explained how to unlock the buttons and we were good to go again. Furthermore, in the 7 years we’ve had the blinds I can only remember changing the batteries twice. Both the product and the company have been great. The Electric Blind Company have easily been one of the best companies we’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Extremely prompt in all aspects of service, brilliant quote and installer, really helped us make a slightly difficult installation seem incredibly easy.

Great service from Gemma and Claire in the office and Jack who measured up and then fitted our blinds. We had used the electricblindcompany about 6 years ago so knew the products were good but technology has moved on so the blinds were even better than the ones we already had. We had new blinds installed in four rooms and are really pleased with them

Wishing for a lantern blind to be fitted I made enquiries of a number of companies & The Electric Blind Company soon became my favoured option from there honest helpfulness, and subsequently with their prompt, efficient & always friendly manner. The work done in fitting the blind is excellent & I can find no fault in their office & trades staff, nor did I expect to find any.
All in all a 5 star + experience
