They were extremely responsive and securing a site visit was quick and easy to arrange. The waiting time for the blinds was relatively short and we are delighted with the quality of the installation and the end product. Just as expected. I would be happy to highly recommend the blind company and their products!

They did a good professional install of seven electric blinds for me three to four years ago, and all has been working fine since. I recently had to call their engineer out because one of the roller brackets got damaged. Whilst the engineer call out charge was a little steep, the guy who came (Jack) was incredibly professional and pleasant, had the right part already in his van, and checked that I was happy with the operation of all the blinds, not just faulty one, making some minor adjustments in the process. Overall I feel very confident in this company.

Our blinds are exactly what we wanted, colour, quality and easy to use. They are a joy to use, as we have a smart home and they are designed to be used with a touch of a button or are programmed to go up and down from dusk to Dawn automatically. Hence applying with our planning consent!!

This is the second time we have purchased blinds and everything was great from start to finish.

We had electric bifold door blinds installed to reduce the light and heat.
Not only do they effectively reduce the heat and brightness of the sun, they look gorgeous, are easy to operate and virtually silent.
As we live in Nottingham and the company is based in Southampton I had a small concern about the distance but I needn’t have worried. The whole process was seamless, from my initial enquiry through to placing an order, having an on-site survey and installation was only a matter of a few weeks.
A special mention must go to Gemma for her quick responses and excellent customer service and to Jack for his endless patience and high quality installation.
You have exceeded our expectations ….. and they were high to start with !!

I used the Electric Blind Company a second time recently to replace two blinds in childrens bedrooms with new blackout roller blinds. As with their first installation, they did an excellent job with communication, surveying, and providing a clear path to completing the installation. The blinds themselves go well in the rooms, are fitted beautifully, and do an excellent job blocking out the summer morning light for the children. I have no hesitation recommending The Electric Blind Company to anyone looking for a high quality professional installation of electric blinds!

We're really pleased with the blinds we've recently bought through The Electric Blind Company, which consists of 3 separate panels covering a 4.5m garden door.

Gemma was really helpful and proactive managing the project throughout, and Jack did a great job of surveying and installing the blinds. They are now installed, super easy to use, and exactly what we hoped for.

Dawn and Gemma were super patient, explaining every step and requoting multiple times as we changed our minds. They kept in touch as the project progressed (and was delayed), and when Jack came to fit he did a super job and was really helpful, making sure we knew how to managed everything. A rare gem for a company in the home improvement market. The name on the tin is what you see and what you get. The process from discovering the website to waving goodbye to the engineer who installed could not have been more straightforward, open and hassle-free.
The all-important affordability check was just a natural part of the process right from the outset, so no time-wasting complicated sales techniques or nasty surprises. Help when needed but no pressure.
If only more companies were like this.

This is the 3rd visit to our home to fit a blind. They are an exceptional company to deal with, from first contact to last. Very courteous and caring. Their customer service is a great example of how a company should perform. The fitter, Jack, goes above and beyond when finishing the job. You would not know, apart from having a beautiful blind fitted, that he had been in the house. Would have them back if I had any other windows to do.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Electric Blind Company. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with both times we’ve have used them - prompt and professional. Jack the fitter was very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting the fitting just right, and navigating our unusual window spaces. The blinds are good quality and look great. Would definitely use again if we need more electric blinds.
