I was trying to integrate a new underfloor heating into my existing Honeywell Evohome system, and Richard's advice was absolutely invaluable. He steered me in the right direction, supplied all the necessary kit, and then managed to correct my misunderstanding of how to put it all together (and stopped me from buying things I didn't need). I very much appreciated the excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend them. The system is all working perfectly now.

Excellent service….. Intergas boiler needed urgently. Ordered online late on Monday evening and MWP arranged with Intergas that I could collect the boiler from their Kidderminster warehouse on Tuesday pm. Boiler fitted and working by 11am Wednesday thanks to Andy Duggin Plumbing and Heating Oswestry.

Had the pleasure of recently working with Waseem from Mid Wales who chased down our order delayed by DPD. Goods were meant to arrive next morning on an urgent delivery but took 4 days to get to our warehouse. The end result was not brilliant, but respect to Waseem in his determination to follow through with getting the product delivered and daily communication, we got there in the end! I look forward to working with him for future orders and hopefully a different freight service!

Product clearly stated that It would work with my boiler,, all numbers matched according to their compatibility list. But product failed to work.. communication response was basically tough not our problem we won't accept returns or give any refunds

Used to be a really good company, you used to call them and get advice to help you with your install. I’ve bought 3 full Evohome systems with them over the years from when they started out. Now and as ‘Pirate’ if you have any sort of problem, then you really find out what they are made of. They will just refer you to suppliers and mess you around. Wassim is particularly unhelpful. Just use a more established and reputable company to buy your kit.

I bought a replacement Honeywell BDR91 relay box as our original from 2018 was not compatible with our new boiler. The new item was a good price and delivered quickly, however once wired in I was struggling to keep the connection between the new relay box and existing controller. After trying all online recommendations I contacted Richard and received excellent after sales service. He was genuinely interested in the issue, asking various questions and requesting photos, and provided a solution I hadn't found elsewhere which worked perfectly. Saved me hundreds of pounds if I'd had to replace the controller too. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I've been using Mid-Wales Plumbing/Pirate Heating Supplies (as well as the heating control and Intergas offshoots) for a number of years. They have a reliable stock of high quality heating products that are often harder to order through national plumbing merchants or the sheds. The knowledge of the owner, Richard, in all things hydronic and controls (especially Evohome) is second to none and I always trust his advice. Waseem is always a pleasure to deal with. Good deals are often to be had and standard prices are fair for a small merchant and for the quality of the product. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
