This is one of the best products I have purchased.

I just got my own eye massager and neck massager today. Never felt better on my eyes in a long time. Very relaxing and helping me with tired eyes from working on computer screen. The neck massager was unfortunately broken due to bad handling during transport. I reached out to costumer support, and was helped right away. They are sending me a new one. That makes me very happy to know, that I'm in good hands. Now I can't wait to try out the head massager too for my migraines. Definitely gonna give one to my mom on mother's day! I know she'll love their products just as much as I do!

O - M - G!!! I suffer sinus and migraines and then there’s just the odd headache.. this has answered my prayers for relief. Case in point I woke yesterday with the tell tale signs I was getting a migraine, used this and managed to stave off the migraine - cannot put a price on the relief this gives me. Best purchase I’ve ever made!

The product is fantastic. First of all, the appearance is so smooth with a mate pastel color (pink). Second, it comes with a lovely lightweight case (hard shape) in a smooth fabric. Third, the functionality is divine. I bought it specifically to deal with eyebags and blood circulation around eyes. It serves its purpose after the first use. In addition, I felt more relaxed. This really helped me with my over-a-year acute insomnia (I have tried everything know to medicine & TCM). Fourth, since it is foldable, it pretty much works well for traveling in a luggage. The only thing I consider an tiny con, is that when sitting I don't feel the same massage effect than when lying down during treatment.

Ahhhh-mazing. I use it every night. It relieves my sinus pressure and also puts me to sleep. I love it so much.

I love this product. In fact, after I tried it, I ordered 2 more for my coworkers as late Christmas presents. I have been a chronic headache/migraine sufferer for YEARS. This helps tremendously. The heat function makes my dry tired eyes feel healthy and rejuvenated. I have one complaint and one piece of constructive criticism. The mask is a little loud, and if I’m having a migraine it can be hard to tolerate, but I push through and do feel relief. And sometimes I need cold for my migraine. I don’t know how it could happen, but a cooling function would be great.

Great product. Very relaxing eye and temple massage. Something I thought I would never want or need but so glad I decided to follow my friends recommendation.

Absolutely love it!!! This was recommended to me by a friend and coworker. I am so glad I ordered it. I had my sister try it out and she loved it so much, she tried to take it home with her. She has asked for one for Christmas.
I have also recommended it to my chiropractor and had him try it out. He is looking into purchasing one for home and one for work. Great product!

I purchased one for myself after a girlfriend received one for a Christmas gift and raved about it. I loved mine so much, I purchased 3 more! My sister, niece and great niece are in love as well! Thank you so much for this product!

I sort of had the feeling they were going to just scam me and refuse to refund me. They proved me right. Most websites that host their own reviews are usually fishy. But I really didn't think they would go that far considering how much I paid. They are really playing with fire. I imagine it's probably a company in China that relies on tricking people for majority of their profit. I only took it out of the box and used it for 5 minutes and decided it wasn't worth the price and it wasn't really all that comfortable. They advertise "100% satisfaction guarantee, or refund, no questions asked" is complete BS. I even paid $13 for the shipping back, so now I'm out $104 cash. Really sad.. This was supposed to be a gift for my grandfather who has migraines and partial blindness due to cataracts. I will be talking to my lawyer who will probably find a way to press charges.
Oh, and I knew they were basically lying to my face saying "they didn't receive my package" because FedEx confirmed that it was delivered 6 days prior. When I told them that, the customer service agent changed it to "our Amazon workers determined it was not in resellable condition" despite me never purchasing it on Amazon. They're definitely doing something fishy, because you have to order on their own website but return it through Amazon. It's probably so they can just redirect the blame somewhere else. If I bought it through Amazon, I would've gotten a refund already. They're probably afraid of all the bad reviews they'd get, too so I guess it makes sense. Poor company ethics. Sad

I absolutely love mine, great for headaches, migraines, dry eyes and generally has a calming effect. I sometimes put it on at night.

I received one for Christmas and it had been absolutely AMAZING AND LIFE CHANGING! I suffer from chronic migraines and this has almost eliminated them in just a few weeks! Highly recommend!

So we bought the #Eyeology neck massager #eyelogyneckmassager because I have chronic pain, long-standing whiplash, and syringomyelia. I have extensive experience using tens units for pain. I pulled the Eyeology neck massager out of the box, read the instructions, and put it on the lowest setting. It immediately shocked the hell out of me. So bad that I had to remove it instantaneously. I checked the settings again, re-read the manual, and then tried again. Same experience. Very intense electrical shock unlike any tens experience I have ever had, and that is a lot.

So, like any normal people, we decided to return it. In order to do so, we had to pay for our own shipping (15$). And while that is bad enough, once #Eyeology received our package they claimed that it was not in suitable condition to return, so they will not be refunding us the 80$ that we paid.

So, to recap....

1. Product cost us $95 including shipping.
2. We no longer have the product because we sent it back.
3. This one is important -> PRODUCT CAUSED ME BODILY HARM
4. #Eyeology refuses to make this situation right by giving us our money back

So, if anyone else is reading this, reconsider purchasing anything from this company. It is obvious that they don't give a damn about you, your health, or your wallet. And if we are not given a refund promptly I will spread this information into the many many many chronic pain communities that I belong to on facebook, instagram, and others. Not because I want to punish the company, but because I want to protect others from this inferior product and its horrid customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a 20$ tens unit on amazon.

I really enjoy my eyeology. I find myself fully relaxed after my eye massage. It does take a bit for my eyes to refocus after due to the pressure, but overall it is relaxing and has helped with my eye strain from working on the computer every day.

Beware if you try to return this item even if it’s 100% perfect they’ll come up with a reason it’s not and won’t refund your money

worst experience ever. received the drvice that would not even turn on. wrote customer service and they said I could not return it unless I sent a video of how it didnt work. then I was given the ok to return it and sent it bacl. today they email me it is not " sellable" and they will not refund my money. This HAS to be illegal. they send me a broken device and I cant be refunded. I am looking at ways to legally get my money back I am furious. ALSO WEBSITE SAYS 60 s=day 100% guarentee?? this cant be legal

Loved the whole experience. The product arrived quickly and perfectly. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the eye massager. In fact, it feels so good, it's addictive. I've used it multiple times a day since I got it. Love the way it massages my temples and my face around my eyes and the heat is heavenly. Ok, now I am going to stop writing and go use my eye massager.
