I have been purchasing Eminence products from the Facial Room for 10 years and Patricia and her team never disappoints. Service is always excellent (prompt answers to questions about appropriate products for my skin, timely delivery, etc) and the products themselves are amazing and always arrive fresh. In addition, there are free products offered if one spends a certain amount, free samples with each purchase, price savings on bundles...a topnotch buying experience every time.

The facial room appointment is my favourite day of the month! The whole set up is calming and beautiful. Patricia has a great attention to detail and knows her product line so well.

The staff were warm and engaging. My esthetician gave me an amazing experience, answering questions, providing suggestions and ensuring a relaxing experience. I was treated to a full facial, neck/ shoulder/ arm/ décolletage and foot massage, as well as dermaplaning. All of this and the pleasure of beautiful, natural product, Eminence.
