Price is high but products are better quality. Service there is exeptional no doubt about it!! Definitely my go to place to fitness equipment!

The sales folks in the store are very knowledgable and helpful. But once you purchase something you are in the hands of a semi-independant service team and they are unresponsive and do not return calls. It takes days to hear from them for setup or for a repair discussed with store personnel. Not at all customer focused.

They have always given the best service and been patient in helping people get just the right piece of equipment. I highly recommend them. The owner does a great job hiring. I love Fitness Depot and love my new elliptical. The delivery people did a great job installing it in my home. They have the best equipment! This True elliptical is perfect for my husband that I'm helping to rehab back to health after many health issues and being home-bound for a lot of this year. Thank you to Fitness Depot. I am with ACE (American Council of Exercise) and work with seniors.

Great experience. It is one of my favorite stores around, not just fitness stores. I love checking out the equipment and the staff has always been more than amazing. This is my go-to fitness store.

I have been doing business with Fitness depot since 1985. I have equipped my own home gyms, and my daughters school gym with the equipment they sell. Bob runs an excellent shop with a customer focused approach and is always friendly and helpful. I go there from time to time simply to have the opportunity to socialize with the staff and see what is new on the market. I cannot imagine anyone ever needing to shop elsewhere for any fitness related needs unless they simply do not have what you need. I love these folks and they way they always treat me is awesome!

Very good selection, great service and very good prices

Our salesperson, Keith Elmore, was informed and had a no pressure consultative approach. The installation was handled by a very professional and friendly technician who set up the bike properly and efficiently. The bike developed a squeak after only 3 uses. I called Keith who immediately set up a tech repair visit. It basically needed lubrication .We have had no further problems so far. I highly recommend The Fitness Depot.
