Always allot enough time upon delivery and install to review how to care for the equipment purchased and how to manipulate the machines. The delivery and install were great, but no guidance was given on the care and use of the equipment or who to contact if a machine was broken. My sales guys were perfect! No disappointments from them at all.

I made multiple purchases at Fitness Depot and both the in-store and delivery services were great. The delivery was right on time, the team quickly assembled and tested the treadmill we bought, and gave us a quick overview. In my opinion, that is great customer service!
