Amazing product and customer service, ordered a size 6 which because of the extra width were a bit big and they’ve exchanged them for a 5 and a half for me without any issues.
Really comfortable and will definitely order again from them.😊

I ordered shoes with velcro straps to adjust on my feet. I waited two weeks to get those shoes. You gave me the impression that your company was in the USA. never was there any mention the shoes come from Wuhan China. I have nothing against the shoes being made there. But I do have something against YOUR COMPANY, not being transparent about this BEFORE the sale is made. Not after. I will go to my bank to get my money back

Great casual shoes for wide feet
Understand that these shoes come from China and might well take two or three weeks to arrive.
Advise also that you do not pay full price for the products as there are constant offers which reduce prices by 60% , or give free postage ( over £9.00 from China).
With those provisos , I found the trainers I bought very comfortable and well made. It is almost impossible to find wide fitting trainers and casual walking shoes in the UK at an affordable price , and if you can bear with Fitville's long delivery times , constant promotional emails,and contact difficulties , their shoes are excellent value and worth waiting for.

Customer service?! Top tier! I ordered a size 16 but somehow it was switched to a 12. Emailed them and they were able to interpret the package and provide the correct size. I’m certain this will be my husband’s shoe store going forward. The ease of ordering is greatly appreciated.

I decided to try something different to…
I decided to try something different to FJ golf shoes when my last pair got too uncomfortable, a mate was wearing Fitville and highly recommended them, I went for the Primix v1 in white, they look fantastic and I played my first round of golf in them yesterday, my first pain free round in a while, very comfortable shoes, and half the price of leading brands. I’m very pleased with them. Highly recommended

What makes this company great is that I wear a size 16 wide shoe and I find your company always has my size!! It was easy to find with a very nice collection to choose from. I love the way my shoes fit and feel . My shoes are made strong and sturdy and last a while were other brands only last less than a year
