So far it has not been a good experience—the shoes were ordered weeks ago and still have arrived! Are they being shipped from China?

The fit was perfect

I loved the design of these shoes! Unfortunately as a barista and incredibly flat flat flat feet the insoles it came with still weren’t enough to support me and ease my pain, they helped a lot! But not enough to keep me up during my 6-8 hour shifts everyday. Although with custom insoles the pain has gotten better I truly think these are fantastic shoes and my feet and bone structure are more the problem. Super affordable and SOOOO CUTE!!! So many compliments the first day I wore them!

Nothing special about this company. The shoe fits well and is as durable as any other mid grade shoe.

I need to return a pair of shoes that were completely the wrong size. I can’t find a phone number to call. I’ve emailed twice. Where do I send them to to get my refund?

I bought two pairs of shoes, but needed to exchange for lower size. The customer service was amazing,they replied back fast to my email. The only problem I had is shipping which is taking almost 10days for the delivery.
Apart from customer service and delivery, the quality of shoe is amazing for its price(just wore them once, don't know how long the life of shoe is,.).

Have you considered making 13 / XX-WIDE/7E widths available?

I like the product overall. The materials on the shoe's upper seem to be just OK. I believe the shoes were constructed with man-made materials, as no information on materials was provided. Also, the glue that holds the bottom of the shoe to the top was slightly visible all around.

Honestly - The shoes did not fit quite right and I was not a huge fan of the style when they showed up. That's not what I am writing a review for, though. The review I am writing is because their customer service in dealing with my issues was absolutely phenomenal. I am going to try other styles from them explicitly because of how awesome my experience was with the customer service. Way to go, Fitville!

i ordered black shoes size 9.5 and i got green size 13 pretty much the whole wrong order and now i have to pay to send them back real inconvenice.

I ordered the women’s Cloud Wanderer V15 shoes, but they were too wide for me, so I reached out to customer service for an exchange. They responded very quickly and offered several helpful options to get the right size delivered. The team was friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
I just completed the exchange today, so I haven’t received the new pair yet. Even though the original shoes were too wide, they felt like good quality and should be very comfortable once I have the correct size.

I purchased a pair 2 years prior and that model I love. The quality of the material was first class. The new pair I purchased does not compare due to the use of man made materials. Yes the price was cheaper however you get what you pay for and that was my mistake.

If you need wide or large footwear, FitVille is a great option, though you will need a little patience. I recently ordered three pairs of shoes and slippers from them. The selection and variety on their site are fantastic, and their prices are highly competitive, especially with their frequent sales and discounts.

My only real complaint is the shipping. It was very slow compared to other retail outlets, shipping directly from overseas. Even though I ordered all three pairs at the exact same time, the packages arrived days apart.

However, the product itself makes up for the wait. Every pair fits excellently, the quality is outstanding, and the pricing is incredibly solid. Despite the shipping delays, the comfort and value make them completely worth the wait. I would definitely buy from them again.

1 week after owning them, only wearing them 2x, one of the straps broke on the laces.

The shoes are well made and absolutely are adjustable for when your feet are swelling. i've had excellent communication with FitVille. I ordered the wrong size and they were quick to offer many options and did.What was necessary to make me happy.

The delivery arrived really quickly within the 7 day timeframe. However, the shoes arrived as lace ups and they are advertised as having an EasyTieless System (which when I read up on what that means indicates they should instead probably be slip ons which is what I was looking for). Otherwise the shoes seem to be very good quality and very good cushioning. Dissapointing they are not slip ons, otherwise I would recommend these shoes. I would say this EasyTieless System advertising on their website is likely an honest mistake.

I forgot to add the discount at check out, contacted customer service and within 8 hours refund had been sent back to my bank, shoes always well made
