Great assistance. First time in years my husband has been able find shoes that fit and he is 80 and has Parkinson's and neuropathy.

Still waiting for shoes. It’s been 14 days. This is the second time this has happened with sub par shipping delays. Certainly can’t call your self a e- retailer with inventory in China. Never again.

Ease of use of site- great product with awesome pricing

My husband never received the shoes. I've asked and asked about them. Customer service doesn't respond. Can't track the shoes even with a tracking number. Some sort of "exception" has happened, and the tracking doesn't say what's going on.

Right now... we are NOT PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE.

I feel like it doesn’t really provide much width.i have slight bunions and I first bought the size W and I went to work still was causing me pain so I decided to buy the size EW and it doesn’t really seem much of a difference.

Finally a true wide toe box instantly comfortable: just wish top eyelets were a open hook for easier un lacing.

The shoes fit my dad perfectly

I use these shoes as they fit well, hold up on long walks in any weather and are stylish enough that I can use them for all occasions.

The Fitville website faq states that a 4E shoe is approximately 4.2" across at the widest point wich is the Braddock Measuring industry standard.
The size 9 4E shoes I ordered and received inside width at widest point measured 3 5/8" wich is a B width measurement.
All I wanted was a pre paid shipping label to return because the shoes I recieved did not align with their website. There are a total of 5 back and forth email correspondences with Fitville customer service with pictures sent of the 3 5/8" interior width. They refuse to acknowledge the discrepancy even when I sent screenshots of their own website!! Fitville is putting the responsibility of shipping this defective product on me.

I have escalated this to my bank for fraud and consumer protection.

I have very wide feet, 4E. These shoes fit well and so far and have excellent cushion. I pronate extensively so I am curious to see how long they last before I crush them like I have most every shoe I've owned. I did have a minor issue ordering the wrong size (these match the typical use sizing). FitVille went the extra mile to ensure i got the right product.
Do expect a long shipping time as I believe they come for overseas. But for the amazing price and quality feel a little wait is worth it!

I needed some light colored shoes and these are just great

Shoes seem to be very comfy, only time will tell. Insoles are removable so easy to take them out and replace with my own which have more arch support.
I initially ordered the wrong size by mistake. Support team were great in providing instructions for return and placing order for the correct size.
Delivery time was quick for the first pair, but the replacements took 9 days as they had to come from China - something to be aware of if you need your shoes in a hurry.

Love these shoes. They are the ONLY ones that fit my wide feet. Need more slip resistant choices though for us food service/hospital folks.

First of all your A.I chat is a complete train wreck and when I emailed customer service never got a response when tried to track my order I couldn't 6his is my second time buying fitville and definitely the worst experience I've had with your company if asked if I will ever shop fitville again properly not I will say one thing your company is quick to flood my emails with constant emails about sales you might want to use that same effort when it comes to customer service

when I ordered the shoes, I realized I got the wrong size. I sent them an email immediately and they were able to switch to the size I needed. Once I receive them, they were even more comfortable than the previous ones I had, these are the shoes I plan to use for the rest of my life as they are comfortable fit well and are stable.

This was not the first purchase - it is great to have a company that caters for wide fitting feet.
I had help to select the right trainers, ordered, but parcel arrived damaged - rejected the parcel (so no postage to return) customer support were great arranged a replacement pair, and they arrived and fit really well.

Things can go wrong, and it is how customer service responds that makes teh difference - Fitville were VERY helpful in pre-sale and post sales
