Still waiting on a refund response!

Whilst the quality of the muslin blankets was fine & delivered time was fine - I requested a refund due to the size & colour suitability within timeframe - I have emailed multiple times using the email address on their site (no response) submitted via their site (initial response but no follow-up when I responded) - If you aren’t 100% certain you’d want to keep the blankets, recommend avoid, based on my experience there’s no guarantee they’ll respond to a refund request - Very disappointing!

I appreciate that the company is…offering a great deal (buy one get one free).

I appreciate that the company is offering a buy one get one free deal, although it’s a little disappointing that I am unable to change the second blanket colour or size to a smaller size. I am going to end up with two blankets of the exact size and colour. Lovely, but essentially not necessary. Would be nice to have a blanket for my bed, and a smaller blanket for on the couch. ☺️ I am looking forward to trying the blanket out after seeing the other positive reviews about the blankets themselves.

Think twice! Returns go to Germany at your expense!

I feel like the description was confusing and misleading. When they are offering pillow cases to go with blankets that you’re ordering and they are describing full, queen, king,and super king, you would assume that these are to fit American bed sizes. That is not the case. You need to look closely at the measurements of these “blankets” that are really throws to go on those beds. Also, the advertisement talks about having overstocked warehouses. Well, their warehouses are in China! When I decided I wanted to return my purchase that equals $150 they gave me an address in GERMANY that I had to return them to my expense! Like most of you, I would imagine, I live in the United States between China and Germany. Why is there not a US return point for these undersized and fragile blankets? I’d previously given this company a three because of their misleading advertising, but seeing that my return is going to have to be done at my expense and all the way to Germany, probably in an effort to keep me from returning for a refund, I’m giving it a one. And even though I’ve only taken one item out of the bag, there is a chance they will refuse my refund for some unforeseen reason.

The Fleece Co Beware!

This is now the third review, I have written about the Fleece Company
.The word 'fleece' is correct...They fleece your hard earned money and procrastinate and fail to provide valid information, so one can return the terrible products ..tiny advertised as 'blankets' for a refund..A massive $98.00.One was free..What a farce!The 'blankets 'are hopelessly small ..I notice the web site describes them as BIG ! What a deceptive dishonest company.Plus, they make me itch upon handling them and resulted in me break ing out in a burning rash!They are shipped from China!
The excuse given to me as to the size..
.'Jessica replied in her words in writing..'The blankets are pre washed so there is shrinkage'Lies!Angie has contacted me now twice in response to my reviews on Trust Pilot..on this web site.I reply and I received NO answer just an automated reply..Then Jessica who I have requested many times in writing to reply with the name of the return address and phone number so I can note the customs form..I received
no reply just stupid inane questions..Could I provide the courier?I reply' by Australia Post' and request the business name and phone number as I cannot post the order back only if she provides me with the business name for returns and phone number .Again just an automated reply.No answer..
The company stonewalls and avoids and fails to answer ones queries .
All I need is the business name and phone number of the return address needed to fill out the online customs form.I did get the company address but even that is deficient..No ...province no number no ohone number or properly noted street address ect
.Two warehouse names comes up on a google search...Cirro Fulfilment and Goodcang Logistics..Goodcang has a very bad reputation as I have found out subsequently.I asked if either one of these were the return addrress..The Goodcang Logistics number when I tried to ring them is invalid..I received no reply.
So for all unwary consumers do NOT buy anything from this deceptive lying conning company..Even when you go on the web site theres a timing mechanism and betting mechanisms.....eg time is running out for the so called bargain..plus other ads and offers ..eg the free blanket. Lies lies lies! Both turned about the size of half a tablecloth ..130 x150 is hard to see on the web site now these so called 'blankets 'have increased in price.Even the relentless advertising on line..The ad states the owner bought 1000 blankets by mistake ect and now they are selling the excess blankets for a 'special price ' for a 'limited time'.I will now proceed to complaints via ACCC in Australia,the Australian government and the Germany government.I was told the company is a swisse company..I wont give up as its obvious they avoid honest communication and seek to deceive and avoid refunds..They deserve to be fined for misleading and deceptive ad vertising and ditto for deceptive and misleading business practice and conduct.I give them.ZERO stars.!Do not buy anything from the Fleece Co RUN!
