Love the foot restoration program. In just the first week I had improved my gait and walked without pain (it was intermittent previously). I've improved my leg strength, balance and mobility. It made me very motivated to complete the full 12 week program. I'm in week 10 as I write this and will keep doing these exercises well after the 12 weeks are up.
The Foot Collective have incredible knowledge and understanding on how to be healthier from the feet up. Great support.
I've been following the Foot Restoration Programme for 10 weeks. I'd been suffering from painful feet for a long time so I'm so pleased that this programme has already made a big improvement. These people know their stuff and I highly recommend the programme and their other on line content. Also their advice on footwear has been transformational for me. I'd tried NHS (UK) podiatrists and prosthetics with no positive results. Go to The Foot Collective
Awesome program - do try it. I started with knee, hip rather than perceived foot issues and was taken in by the rate of changes during the early days - changes throughout my feet and legs.
After 6 weeks I found that wearing traditional hard-soled shoes is kinda dangerous, as one has no feel of the ground. And I'm now craving that feedback through my feet. No going back. I also very much prefer sitting on the ground / platforms instead of chairs now.
While the minimalist exercises and short time spent have brought astonish changes, at the end of the 1st 6 weeks I got a bit over the repetitive nature of the intro exercises and am very much looking forward to the more playful and variable circuit-trainings of the second two 6 weeks. I also now would like a refresher 1 pager refresher sheet of what exercise is what - I'm shocking at remembering / memorising what's what.
And I have needed a few days off inbetween part1 and part 2 bc "lyfe". However, even now, I'll regularly stretch, wriggle and bounce automatically throughout the day, even if only for a few seconds at a time. The body craves the exercises.
Great program which caused me to spend more time thinking about my feet than ever before.
Through performing the exercises I am much more aware of looking after my feet rather than neglecting them and have really enjoyed working through the program and seeing the improvement in my foot mobility and flexibility!
Very prompt and courteous customer services regarding undelivered soulmate which was no fault of the foot collective but helped me to get to the bottom of it thanks very much
Firstly the Wild Toes product is fantastic. I had a bunion removed on my left foot a few years ago, and creating space in between my first 2 toes gives me a great deal of comfort. I also find the position of my feet improves considerably when I wear these around the house, helping me keep a higher arch despite my flat feet.
I would recommend being careful taking this product off - while they are stretchy I did manage to split one of the toe loops within a couple of months of purchase. However the Foot Collective have fantastic customer service, and when I reached out to buy a new pair they offered me a second pair for free in exchange for a picture of the damaged ones. Great value and very pleased to now have a few pairs!
great communication with sending product, I changed my delivery address, after i placed order and was able to be fixed up almost immediately. Excellent product as well. Been dealing with plantar fasciitis for too long, along with a tear... these products have helped rehabilitation and recovery.
My package was somehow not delivered when I got the notification that it was delivered so I reached out to TFC and a representative got back to me very quickly. They let me know they were looking into it from their end and talking directly to the delivery service. Eventually my package did arrive where it was supposed to and I love the products. The spacers feel amazing after working 10+ hours on my feet. All in all, amazing customer service with a great product!
After using the SoleMate and accessories for only just over a month, Ive noticed a huge improvement in not only my feet but my hips as well. I use it everyday and am so impressed.
The numerous tutorials and advice available is so helpful to get started, I wish Id discovered this program years ago.
After six weeks of the Foot Restoration program, I notice a new bounce in my steps due to more flexibility and strength in my (big) toes - probably also in ankles and calves, but that is not so obvious. I have always walked a lot, but now I feel I’m “sliding” forward.
The program is pedagogically structured and the physiotherapists very encouraging. I already feel “addicted” to the fundamental warm-up and foot training routine and do them first thing in the morning - a perfect start of the day.
Had an issue with the shipping. Contacted customers service, it was simple and the answer was quick.
The foot collective is trying hard to make their program easy for most people to change their relationship with their feet. Their current offering, the foot restoration program, is only in its 1st month. it is very good, but still a work in progress.( One or two niggles). I doubt if you would find anything better out there for moving to pain free feet.
We love our Solemate! It’s so versatile for balance and feet exercises and massaging our feet and legs. I have Hallux Limitus and this is a very useful tool for me. My husband loves using it too!
I have purchased the tools a while ago and when the opportunity came up for the Foot Restoration Course I jumped on board. I have flat feet and was squashed into orthotics and made to believe I needed them for foot health. Since listening to FC team I have gone onto barefoot shoes and ditched my orthotics. The exercises are making my feet and ankles stronger, and my feet are feeling amazing. The education portion of the course is very informative and this course will save me dollars in the long run. They are a down to earth team and always on hand to answer any questions.
A must have on the road to recovery
I purchased the sole mate to improve my balance and to recover from heel pain. The sole mate along with the many videos and education on YouTube and foot collective programs makes this an invaluable tool to help my poor neglected feet gain greater mobility and strength. I suggest you don’t wait until you experience pain as exercises for your feet is very much needed in an overall exercise program . I will never neglect my hard working feet again.
Product ordered 6days ago still not shipped. Contacted company no response
Update: they have replied a day later. Still quite slow but im glad to hear back about it. Apparently the shipping delay is due to one item being currently out of stock and they are waiting on shipment. They also said it a message came up at check out to explain the delay, however I didn't see any message..... Anyway. Hopefully I will receive soon amd get these feet in shape. I'll update further once I have tried put product & training

the product is fantastic, if you can get it and have plenty of patience on receiving it and getting no replies, thankfully i wont have to deal with them again, given up on receiving the rest as it not worth my time to keep chasing them

Terrible customer service. You can only email and get 0 response. They took our money but the package has been sitting for almost 2 weeks in Texas

The items came very late and one item was defective. I reported the issue with the balance beam January 3rd and am still waiting for a resolution.
