The Forest Distillery has now relocated to join our sister Gin Distillery at the iconic Cat & Fiddle within a beautiful stone building in the Peak District National Park. We now distil single malt English Whisky in our state-of-the art 500 litre pot still. Our gin is recognised as one of the worlds finest spirits having won an unprecedented two separate double-gold medals at the San Francisco Spirit Awards. Our products are sold in the finest bars, restaurants, hotels and lounges around the world.

Would highly recommend the Forest Gin tour, led by Chris. We enjoyed every moment and we will certainly be back again, given half a chance. The gin is smooth and delicious and we have consumed multiple bottles. Just about to buy more!!
The price of the tour includes gorgeous tastings, much more than other tours we have been on.
Go and visit, it’s worth it!!!

Forest Distillery Whiskey Tour
We visited the Forest Distillery at the Cat & Fiddle very recently and we’re met by Andy who later took us on the Whiskey Tour. From the start he was welcoming and explained what was to come. We enjoyed sample drinks whilst he gave a knowledgeable account of the start of the Distillery and the family ownership, it’s current production and tour of its processes and the cellars where the whiskey was stored and aged. We found it most interesting and Andy delivered all the information in an amusing manner .
All in all a very enjoyable visit and would highly recommend it to others and purchase their quality and uniquely bottled products
