The Forest Distillery has now relocated to join our sister Gin Distillery at the iconic Cat & Fiddle within a beautiful stone building in the Peak District National Park. We now distil single malt English Whisky in our state-of-the art 500 litre pot still. Our gin is recognised as one of the worlds finest spirits having won an unprecedented two separate double-gold medals at the San Francisco Spirit Awards. Our products are sold in the finest bars, restaurants, hotels and lounges around the world.

Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for dropping off the bottle that I ordered. I appreciate the issues with DPD are beyond your control and it was therefore really lovely of you to drop off the bottle yesterday afternoon.
As I mentioned it is a gift for someone who is leaving today so it wasn't something we could have rearranged the delivery for.

Exceptional whisky
Cheshire whisky! Who ever would have thought it? Thought we’ll give it a go on a whim, wasn’t disappointed. It truly was a great blend of whisky. Purchased as a gift for my whisky drinking, Scots fathers 80th birthday. Couldn’t wait to open it, and was shared amongst us. We all had a go, and all loved it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
